Please consider using a different location as the customer service that is portrayed by this branch is a palling. I Internet to a contractual agreement for a rental and during the process they attempted to run my card for almost $700 higher than what the agreed amount was. Once I started to question us, maybe came very hostile, and threaten to put me in jail if I didn’t return the vehicle right away, I have attempted to speak to Eva Laura, and say about the situation, and all of them have been avoiding me about the situation because they knew they breached our contract. I have attempted to make contact via email, via phone, via text, and I am met with nothing but hostility lies, and deceitful behavior. I will be filing a report with the consumer affairs, Better Business Bureau, and in the court of law what they are doing to people is not right by trying to scam people out of more money than what is agreed on the rental contract. Please be careful.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Everyone in the office was extremely helpful during my complicated situation with the insurance company. I also had a truck break down and they were able to help get me into a vehicle in another town. It’s hard to find good service these days, I appreciate their thoughtfulness and effort into customer satisfaction.

Back in June 2021 we wanted to rent a half ton pickup for a week from the BIllings store. I believe we reserved the truck back in February 2021. But when we arrived, there was no truck because of the world wide car shortage. Needless to say we were not happy. Unhappy to the point that I offered to pistol whip someone if they thought it would help get a truck. After thanking me for not pistol whipping anybody, the manager (I think his name was Matt) offered us the only vehicle he had available a 3/4 ton cargo van. Also they said they would call if a half ton truck showed up. We took the van and left. A day or two later I received a call from the little girl from Antlers, Oklahoma saying we could come pick up our truck. We picked it up and all was good.The folks at the BIllings Montana Enterprise Truck Rental store never lost their cool and were cordial even when faced with unhappy customer. I will rent trucks from them again.

The team at Billings rental were so helpful. Our first rental they gave us had bald front tires. We ran it back over to them & they gave usanother rental quickly. They waived a portion of our bill and waived the mileage frees. Will use them again next yr for our annual camping trip
