The ladies that work here are super friendly. It’s a nice little town. If you are delivering here be careful. It’s super tight to get a truck and 53 foot trailer down the alley. I would recommend you go up past the Bourbon Street hotel and turn down. Don’t leave anything unattended. Because when you come back to it, it will be gone.

The designer at Ethan Allen in Billings is amazing! She came to my home and, working with my floor plan and existing flooring and paint colors, came up with a beautiful plan for my living room. When my furniture arrived I was so pleased. I plan to purchase additional pieces for other rooms with her help. I've always loved Ethan Allen furniture.

The showroom is nice for a small city, but the customer service wasn't the same as I've had in other locations.

Your store hours are incorrect online. Online it says open on Saturdays. We went to the store on Saturday and it was locked up. Numerous other people were also there interested in shopping. Quite a bit of business being lost this way.
