I use to really like this station, but ever since it changed to On The Run, they have changed the pumps to these new worthless touch screen pumps that don't work right. The touch screens don't work, you can't wear gloves to touch them and they don't always connect to the Exxon rewards so you lose points.
Go back to the Old style pumps with push buttons. Nobody wants to take off their gloves in winter just to use a touch screen in freezing weather.

It's pump paying system was very weird half the time I've been here I've had to go inside and pay because the pump didn't like my card along with that when it did work it charged my card 126$ at first for a 50$ fill up and then refunded the money 20min later workers are friendly tho.

The day shift manager needs to find a different job . Everytime I go in there she is blatantly rude and snooty towards me . If you hate your job that much. Try switching careers. I know working in a gas station is a glamorous career filled with opportunity and rewarding . But at least pretend you like your job
