I guess communication and customer service isn't their forte. Called and had someone in North Dakota answer. Transferred me to another branch. Transferred me to another branch. Then the person that finally answered in Billings made it very clear that I was an inconvenience for asking a few questions. Made my decision easy to go somewhere else.
