I don’t think I’ve ever written a one star review, but the lady helping me was awful. I was shipping a package for someone that I’m a caretaker for, but the addresses were already on the box!!! She made me feel like I was speaking a foreign language. She looked at me like I was stupid and spoke to me like I was wasting her time.

Package has not been delivered has been out for delivery for 5 days and still not delivered absolutely the worst shipping company

Packages show up damaged frequently. Drivers also just throw the packages in the yard. Other delivery services bring packages to the door and make an effort to protect them from the weather. Not to mention all the times they just don’t deliver to the address and keep the package in their sorting facility without reaching out to let you know they won’t deliver it. I will go out of my way to order from companies that do not use fed ex. After years, I’m looking back and realizing I’ve never had a good experience with this company, in various towns. Their company culture must be terrible from the top down.

I'm sure I won't get a response but Billings Fed ex has had my package for week and won't let me pick it up. Nobody at ground will return my calls and the stores can't track packages. They keep saying they can't deliver it to my address but they delivered a bunch of others to the same address for three days in a row. Weird right? This place is a joke they give you all the tracking info but won't help at all. I think the driver might have snatched my package. I hate to think that but he delivered three days in a row and on my specific package stated it was undeliverable? What a joke. I won't use fed ex ever again they are not about customer service whatsoever. The guys at this store tried to help but the call center and the local shipping centers are terrible.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Package was 2 days late and they made excuses. If its just driver error or your busy just be honest! But lying and making up excuses is not the way to do it. If I ever have a choice to not use them i definetely will. I thought maybe it was out local fedex that was a problem but im starting to see its every fedex wherever I go.

I’ve had an absolutely horrendous experience with FedEx. Just use ANY other delivery service. Paid for two day shipping we’re on day five of me not having my package tried to call customer service it’s literally just a robot going round and round with you. I will never ever ever be using FedEx again for anything. If I had a choice of walking my package across state lines and choosing fedex, I’d choose to freaking walk. ?

My packages were not delivered to my address but said was delivered.... research found they were delivered but I didn't get them so someone else did but they don't take responsibility...I was told to contact shipper... Wow... they usually take a picture of delivery but did not come up on my phone...I can't believe this ...

I received a voicemail from FedEx Express saying to return the call to give them my street address because they wouldn't be able to deliver my package to my PO Box. I called the number provided to me and it was all automated and was told that the receiving party of the package can't change the delivery address, only the shipper is allowed to do that and I would need to contact the seller/shipper. Problem is the package came from China and the company had no names or contact information. I called the FedEx customer support number several times until I finally was directed to a representative who sounded like he was in India and I couldn't understand him and he couldn't understand me and he ended up hanging up on me without anything being resolved. I called again and the 2nd person I was able to speak to was much more helpful and set it up for me to hold the package at a local FedEx center for the next day or so for me to pick up. Why couldn't the lady that left me the original phone message just tell me that only the shipper could change the delivery address and that I would need to choose the pick up package myself option? It's very irritating that you can't talk directly to the person that leaves these messages. This could have been a simple fix but took me over an hour to deal with.

The location is convenient for me, but the employees are NOT pleasant to interact with. Worth driving across town 25 minutes to go somewhere else to ship my work stuff.

The delivery drivers need to slow down in residential areas. They are constantly exceeding the speed limit with no regard for other vehicles or pedestrians. The only number to contact with Fed Ex is an 800 number and they say they'll take care of it. One would hope they would do so however it's still a problem after 5 years.

This is the entire company not just one store. I wish zero stars was an option. This is not the first time they call and tell me the address is wrong. I confirmed the address was correct gave driving directions and was told it would be delivered the next day. I checked the tracker so I can make sure that I have someone home yo get the package. I find it headed to salt lake city Utah. Yup Renee who works for Fed Ex and the one I confirmed the address with shipped it to Utah. After explaining to another agent that the error was hers not the shipper he told me to file a claim and where to find the link.what he failed to tell me was only the shipper can file a claim. I did notify the Shipper of the issue. As a general rule if someone is shipping with Fed Ex and tells me up front, i ask for other shipping options if there are none I cancele the order. I know from previous experiences that I will not get my package. This time I was not told who the shipper was until it was to late to cancel. I have been told by Fed ex that they can not find my address at least six times when I told them that they never even drove through my complex they tell me to file a complaint, or ask how i would know. I am not the only one in my area who gets treated the same way. Told the address is wrong that their house number is missing. To sum up : 1. They donot drive into the complex and say they do. 2. They claimthe house number being missing. Or the address does not exist. (10 inch tall numbers that are reflective) 3. Company lies to you about what to do. 4.they blamed me and the shipper the their mistake. 6. U.p.s , u.s.ps, Uber, ship it,lyft, food delivery, etc all find our address. Only Fed Ex has this issue.
