Really frustrated with the delivery service. Paid just under $100 to have something delivered, and on the tracker, they said person was not home to receive the package, yet they didn’t even ATTEMPT the delivery. The driver took a photo of the ground and uploaded that. Now I’m stuck having to pick up this super heavy bed from the shipping center myself.

The ginger haired male employee that “helped” me tonight is quite possibly the rudest and most useless person I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Like, at anywhere. I’ll tie my next package to a bunch of carrier pigeons before wasting my time here again.

Every time I go in to use this place, I think it’s going to be better. I finally reached my last straw. They act like every customer request is a massive inconvenience. Asking for tape for my box was apparently too much. They said they would let me use some tape as a “courtesy” this one time, like I was asking for one of their kidneys. The only reason they have 2 instead of one star from me is because I will admit, it’s always clean in this store. But maybe that’s because no one wants to go in there… idk.

I am very disappointed with FedEx service. I forgot an apartment number on an item and you would not deliver it. I have been going around with 3 different people in the Philippines to get the delivery to my place. Each one promised me it would be delivered on each subsequent day after the conversation. But my package still sits in the facility. I tried to call facility but I can only speak to someone in the Philippines again. Very frustrated!!

Staff is not knowledgeable and made an error that she charged me for. I’d recommend to drive a bit further to a different shipping center.

Just want to thank Fedex for promptly handling my claim on stolen items. The employee wasvery kind and understanding about what happened with a package I sent for my granddaughters . I received restitution today. Again my thanks for handling itwhen I was very angry.God bless all of you.

What's wrong with this place? I showed up during normal business hours and there's a sign on the door that says they'll be back in a half hour. I waited there quite a while and still nobody came so I'm convinced that someone's just putting a sign up so that they don't even have to be there at all probably for hours. I had to go a few blocks down the way to the office Depot to drop off my package for anybody else wanting a quick alternative. If you don't have enough employees to cover if somebody leaves for a break or lunch or whatever you shouldn't even be a business. Typical of FedEx. Nothing but bad experiences all across the country. No matter where I go FedEx is awful.

FedEx managed to split up my shipment on a signature required shipment. I can't get anyone to answer the phone to tell me if I have the shipment held at Walgreens will the whole shipment make it there or do I have to somehow figure out which ones are late and hold them separately. So frustrating you can't actually talk to a human!!!

I stopped in to send some boots back for an exchange in a the box they came in. Justin told me that I would have to use a different box and could send them for 11.25.
Which I said that is fine and told me to send the label to the email. I am not one to use FedEx so I was not sure what he meant and he treated me like I was wasting his time so I left.
I returned a few days later with boots in a box hoping that I would not be helped by Justin yet he seemed friendly at first. This time he told me where to send the email to which I tried yet it did not work and he said rudely you could use wifi and it should work. I said I have service thanks and resent it then it worked. He commented to a coworker that they may have to take over helping me. I noticed that he poorly taped the box up before printing the label off. Once the label was printed he said here is your receipt. There is nothing on the receipt about where the box is being send to or any sort of tracking information to make sure the box gets there. I am new to using FedEx to dropping off box for a paid return yet Justin treated me like I was wasting his time once again. I will not ever go back to this FedEx again and will stick with the post office. Thanks.

Please never treat people like they are not intelligent. You work at a print shop but I have to use the app to walk in and print here.
