Very good customer service. Let us borrow a tape measure to be sure the chair would fit on our trailer, wrapped it in plastic in just a few minutes and helped us load it quickly. Very happy with the service!

If you’re shopping for any piece of furniture, I recommend seeing Becky at Furniture Row! She was very informative and answered all of our questions. We originally picked out a very nice leather set but when we mentioned we had two big dogs, who love to join us on the furniture (I know, tisk tisk), she made a recommendation on similar couches that were more durable and would hold up better. We ended up going with her suggestion and couldn’t be happier!We had been shopping for couches for over 6 months and with Becky’s help, we finally found the perfect ones!

After visiting 3 other stores—- we found that Pricing was fair and on par with competitors. Except the one store that always has a “retirement sale”- that was double the price! At furniture row our sales experience was phenomenal. Our salesman Alexis was attentive but not obnoxious. He listened to our budget concerns and found what we were looking for. He also honored my time constraints as we were shopping.Financing was seamless. The furniture arrived in a timely manner and when my pickup schedule suddenly changed at 9pm on a Wednesday- Alexis was reachable and made sure to contact the warehouse.Warehouse guys were friendly and professional as well and the furniture was ready to go when we pulled up to the loading dock. Oh- and the quality is great!!!

Store manager acted as if we had done something wrong, very brisk and unfriendly. Really came across as angry. Too bad.

Salesman was very helpful and prices were very reasonable. I definitely plan on returning to purchase more furniture in the future.3/9/24 Returned to purchase a T.V stand. Once again the salesman was very helpful and informative. He was not pushy and didn't try to upsell me. I am very pleased with Furniture Row and would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

We shopped around for a recliner for quite a while. Finally found the right one. Sales were great. Delivery was a little higher than the other furniture stores though.
