Would give 0 stars if possible! ? Misleading runaround for nothing! Made me waste gasoline to get there & my time by telling me they couldn’t do the service that I made an appointment over the phone for when I arrived(early) for my appointment. Then, “customer service “ lady passed me off to Apple Sales rep who couldn’t help me either and blamed corporate for misleading me and told me to call and request a gift card for my troubles. I could tell, immediately, that the lady who initially made my appointment was local/not corporate! Very bad runaround experience with misleading employees who wasted my time and gas!

Geek squad used to be top notch. Now they just weasel out of warranties that we pay for and they have gotten away from what it was started for and about! Don't waste your money on extra geek squad. Other places in town that are better service and help.

Spencer at the Best Buy geek squad was the absolute best!! Service was top notch and even with them having to take my phone it was back quicker then expected. Thanks again Spencer! Hope this makes it to the boss because you deserve the recognition!!

They weren't able to fix my computer but they told me what was wrong with it, where to go to get it fixed, and refunded all of the money!
