Great experience from the moment I walked through the door to when I picked up my truck. They kept me informed of the progress thru text messages. The work was completed in a timely manner and the results were great. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for any level of automotive bodywork .

Brought my car (2022) and the estimate was well below the actual cost.
1) Took a month when we were told a week.
2) Paid over $1,000 in car rental fees because of delays.
3) Was told incorrect information (twice) about trucking delays (holding up getting parts) due to snowy roads and then two weeks later being told the part(s) were on back order.
A lot of human errors and mistakes.

Had my car fixed here, however they let me pick my car up without the tow hitch cover. The plan was to have them come to me and put it on when it arrived in the mail. Well needless to say it's been over 6 months, numerous times of me calling and they have yet to get it to me. They said they misplaced it and have ordered it again but here i am still with no cover. Not happy with they're lack of following thru and not completion of the job. Maybe it's time to call my insurance and see if they're able to figure it out. It shouldn't be this difficult or time consuming.

Jackie and her team are fabulous! I just picked up my car and not only was the job extremely done well at an incredible price, but they cleaned the inside of my car! Highly recommend!

My whole experience with everyone at Golden Nugget Body and Paint was outstanding, from my first phone call scheduling an estimate. Jackie and her entire team went above and beyond for me, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the whole experience with them despite everything else with my car getting hit being a total nightmare. A huge shoutout to Joel for making my "old girl" look pretty again. Thank you all so much - you are all amazing!
