“Billings Crossfit has helped instill good habits in exercise and nutrition. I have gain so much strength since starting in August. Everyone is very welcoming at the gym! I really enjoy the workouts as they are challenging! The coaches are great! They are encouraging and help when needed. Annie is a great nutrition coach and is there for you when you need guidance! I would recommend the 90 day journey!”

“I like the circuits! And at the core of it I love having the coach guide the workout. I don’t like traditional gyms because I never know what to do on my own and I like having the workout already planned at OTF. I like having the mix of cardio and weights; like I said before, I love the circuits. I just love it all, I love coming to Orange Theory.”

“I was introduced to F45 by my sister (who LOVES) it—and I was SOOO impressed with the atmosphere, workouts, music, and especially the instructors! I just had an ACL replacement in my knee and they went above and beyond to make sure I had modifications for each exercise if needed. Bonus: I burned a ton of calories in 45 minutes! Feeling the good kind of sore! ??”

“Dropped in for a workout while in Billings for a few days. Great gym with lots of space and equipment. Justin was very nice and welcoming, we enjoyed our time here.”

“Thought I would leave an honest review. Decent gym equipment, not a lot of space to spread out when the gym is busy. IMO the gym depends on patrons to let them know when things are dirty, or when cleaning supplies need to be refilled. Mens locker rooms are typically a bit dingy, but it’s maybe because men aren’t the cleanest. Basketball court occasionally doubles as a daycare during the day, so don’t get your hopes up. Again, space constrictions are obvious throughout the entirety of the gym.But I’ve heard good things about the classes that are offered. Staff seems to be friendly and welcoming. All around solid choice for a gym, but comes up short in certain areas that are fundamental for all around enjoyment”

“I'm an MMA octagon cage fighter, this is a great place to learn how to fight like a man, with honor and good sportsmanship, all the training is relative with real life self defense scenerios, the payments are afforadable and laid back sometimes I pay late with cash but my training never stops, great place for kids, great coaches, great equipment. If your just getting started this is the place to be.”

“Ok actually should be like a 4.25... Teddy the GM was very pleasant (even took me on a small tour), the equipment was in good working condition - only had 3 small issues- 1) the paper towels ran out on a Saturday morning, I was there Friday evening working out- should not have happened, not a super big deal but with no towel service, 2) the equipment had oil, dust and other stuff on it, I am talking the areas people do not wipe down, but still nasty looking at it as you are working out... 3) SCREENS- holy wow , when the sun ran into the front and you are tyring to do your cardio makes you want to get off being blinded!!!! Owners need to give serious thought to invest them... otherwise small, but I liked how the equipment was placed and the staff was all very friendly!!!”

“I love plaza but do wish the rules were a bit more logical/reasonable. I see people doing heavy squats (up to 400+) all the time on the power rack without any type of safety stop or even a spotter. This is exactly how bodybuilder Justin Vicky died just last week squating 460lb (spurring me to write this). On the other hand, Plaza doubled the number of "Don't drop the dumbbells" signs a few months ago. Soon after that I saw a guy get chewed out for lowering some big dumbbells to the floor after a heavy flat press. He didn't drop them or even let them escape his hands, he just lowered them as slow as he could after doing flat presses, but it made a thud noise and that counted as dropping. So now anytime someone flat presses heavy dumbbells they've got to catch them on their knees while also catching their forward momentum before their head goes through the mirror in front of them? That's fine as long as you don't let the 100 to 150 dumbbells touch the floor and make a thud. Also, good luck if you have a shoulder problem because you'll be loosing your membership if you bail out of any kind of dumbbell press. In the mean time, don't worry about the other guy on the opposite side of the room deadlifting 405 and letting the weight free-fall from waste high to the ground with every rep. I love all the people, the atmosphere, and the equipment at Plaza. That's why it's got my 4 stars. But I've got to reserve the last star for when the rules become a little more focused on safety of the people and equipment. Honestly though, I couldn't care less about seeing additional rules added to the squat and deadlift area. I'd be fine to see natural selection and liability waivers in the membership contract work that issue out naturally. However, when the rules and the way they're enforced with the dumbbells don't allow them to be used as intended and in the safest manner (or even unsafely), that's not good for anybody.”
