First off this Hobby lobby is huge and I could not get over how clean and neatly organized everything was. Every aisle I went down was so neat. One of the employees I asked for help was very nice and cheerful. I was bummed they don’t carry what I was actually there looking for.

I was slightly disappointed. This location doesn't seem to have near the same options as the Helena store. And everything was very hard to find. Random. Seems like the organization is chaotic. However the employees were friendly and helpful and they didn't seem to invade your space like the Helena store.

Always find everything o need and the service is great there's always someone who asks if I'm finding everything OK and I don't wait long in the check out line.

This place could be so much better and maybe could make some sales if they were ever open on a Sunday. A bit ass backwards to close on a day people shop… and yes I get bc they’re Mormon but so… pretty sure not all employees are and would
Love the extra income. Literally every Sunday I’d like to shop here but am made to go elsewhere…

I love coming to Hobby Lobby. It brings my spirits up and has oodles of fun things to look at. I spoke with John (maintenance), while he was mopping. He's a friendly guy and does a good job. He told me he doesn't like streaks, on the floor, so he was using a good old cotton mop. Reminded me of Grandma. She owned a business for many years and that's what she used. She wanted everything to be spic and span. 🌟

Great hobby store only problem I have is that they follow me around like I'm trying to steal, I get theft is a problem but we come in at least 3 or 4 times a month. That's the reason for 1 star

A great selection of decorative items, crafts, etc., though quite expensive, even the after-holiday sales.

Went on Black Friday to grab some art supplies and they had everything I needed in stock, along with the store employees being so friendly! On a busy day like that, it was nice to have smiling faces and people who were eager to help customers.
