full of excuses, this company is not reliable. will have you clear your day for the installers and they never come. the lady that calls you can barely keep her story straight. carpet installed 8 hours later and they scratched up the paint all around the room tucking the carpet in over the tack strips. installers were full of excuses about how it was newly painted (4 months ago) and they dont do installs on painted rooms. keep this in mind when purchasing and having carpet installed

Jeff in the paint department was beyond helpful! I decided to take on a pretty big DIY project that may very well be over my head, and he was so knowledgeable with every technique for painting and product of which would be best. His advice gave me more confidence that I might actually pull this off. THANKS JEFF

If you want help with anything you better expect attitude also nothing in the store. Everything has to be ordered every time I buy. Also no delivery in my area.

This Home Depot has friendly employees and willing to help in all situations. It's important to have kind and generous employees, so as to make the customer feel warm and welcome. I feel they do this well here. We recently visited to do the Kids Workshop which is free for the children and usually on Saturday mornings around the first Saturday of the month. Enjoy!

Worst service ever. People in Millworks do not understand their own software, when they order the wrong doors and won't accept blame (looking right at you Barry) you are forced to move up the chain with management. But in the end their solution is to do nothing, other than to treat you rudely and finish with "tough" nothing we can do. The good news is that this will only happen to me once, Home Depot will never get a second chance to do it again, really wish I had listened to my Contractor and never bought my windows and doors from them in the first place.

Worst customer service ever, I call about a quote on materials for a shed 2 different times I was told I would have an answer before the end of the day a week later I called to see what was going on the person couldn't even find any information on my quote that was supposed to be started what upsets me even more what seems like petty mo e to them and makes no difference in there budget weather I shop there or not they don't care and that is why they can do what they do the worst part is they have pushed the little guy out so I can't even go him or I would

Not one of the several associates I passed acknowledged me. At 7.5 months pregnant they saw me struggling to load my own wood, not one offered assistance. While checking out I asked for someone to help me unload the wood. While waiting, an associate offered to help another customer unload his stuff but just looked at me and walked away. Terrible customer service. I will not be back to this store again. I'll stick with Lowe's.
