I went in to the Central location to price out a storage and Barbara was amazing. Very personable, knowledgeable and explained everything. I was going to shop around but she made me feel like this was the place to store my belongings. Would definitely recommend this location.

These ladies at the Central location are the best! Most accommodating and very reasonably priced units. The climate controlled units are clean, I feel safe moving my valuables by myself in the secured gate and knowing their are security cameras everywhere! Thank you Homestead Self Storage, I appreciate you!

EVERYONE that works at this facility is so kind! They are extremely accommodating and very easy to deal with. They offer multiple storage sizes (some temperature controlled) with security at an affordable cost. They have handcarts, dollies and moving trucks/vans available- all of which made my moving experience much less stressful and a little cheaper.

Outstanding, friendly and very helpful customer service from Julie the manager and her assistants. Explained everything and personally escorted us to our storage space and made sure we know how the locks work and told us not to hesitate to ask for help if we ever had any questions or problems. Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service! Timely and had availability ASAP as we were in an awkward situation and needed storage at 430 at night. They have all your moving needs in store for great prices and you even get access to their moving van for 4 hours with the rental. Highly recommend!!

Mellisa at S. 20th Street could not have been nicer from the first day to the last. This was urgent that we found a place for 3 months that went to 6. She was always great and anxious to help. The units were fine, not the best as to being newer but were helpful for our 3 cars. We also had a unit over at 3300 Central and they too were always very pleasant to deal with. Over all a great experience and we paid on time and they took care of our storage! Actually pretty simple! Thanks to all of the incredible staff!!
