My husband and I filed taxes first week of February, someone contacted us two weeks later to tell us our taxes didn't go through because someone used our sons social security number so we had to go back in to verify our son and paper file. Our paper file was supposed to be sent out the day we were and if not that following Monday. Left several calls for Cindy to verify if taxes were sent out no return call, tried tracking taxes no return found so I contacted J H again to find out they never sent out our paper taxes and had lost them along with documentation. Still trying to get in contact to see where our paperwork work is and almost going on two months still not filed . WILL NOT BE RETURNING NEXT YEAR!! This wasn’t even first issue first issue, the girl working was so tweaked out of her mind she couldn’t even operate the computer, I went to a different location and my taxes were sent to the one I had told them I didn’t want to file at because of the tweakers working and worried about them having confidential information.

Cindy is amazing!!! The whole staff is super friendly and welcoming, would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!

Had a great experience at first. Then I called back two weeks later to check on when my return would be deposited to find out that it came back as it was unable to be filed since the social security number had already been used and been filed. I told Cindy the manager that was not possible. Then she had me verify my social security number and she told me the wrong one was entered and they used someone else’s. Wow is all I got to say!!!!!!

I’m Having a rough time with the IRS proving I am who I am this year, as is a lot of people. Sandy was fantastic about helping me and being informative on how to go about reviving proof of doing taxes, thank you all so much. I’m very impressed that I was not on hold for five years or not taken care of properly.

I always go to Sandy at the Billings Grand location to do my taxes. She is always friendly, helpful, and willing to explain everything in terms that I can understand. She helps take the "sting" out of doing taxes :-)

Tried them for the 1st time this year on the advice of someone who had a good experience. Everything went fine until the surprise of what they were going to charge at the end. Literally the most we've ever paid to have our taxes done, by far. Also wouldn't grant the 50% off as advertised on the radio. Apparently that's a corporate thing, and as a franchise they opted out of that. Won't be going back.

Been doing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt for almost a decade they always try there best for you but they do make mistakes sometimes but Sandy Cole does a great job I can't say the same for the other people she hires
