Only 2 guys working the day I went in for an oil change. Still the wait time was pretty good 30 to 45 mins as they already had vehicles in the bay. Service was good however, as with everything else, the price had gone up a little bit. But I got everything checked & all in all I'd say it was still pretty good service.

They put radiator coolant in oil tank. Destroyed my engine. Tried to call and and talk about it and they didn’t have the courtesy to call back. Would not go to them.

I went in to get my brakes and roters changed. They changed the brakes but not the rotors and when I went in two days later, I had to buy completely new brakes and rotors (I was told I should’ve been more specific). This last May, I went in for an oil change. They broke my engine cover, a huge chunk of it and tried to pass it off as a crack. They also broke my glovebox with taking the hinges out of it so every time it opens, it completely falls. I’ve been changing my own oil since then because I just don’t trust them. I decided today that I should change both my cabin and engine air filters (my bad, I should’ve done it when I changed oil last time) but I guess jiffy lube likes to charge for those but not actually put them in! They weren’t there! But they’re in my last receipt as being replaced and I was charged for them. I get that I’m a female and places like to up prices and con women because we’re not all knowing but it’s just frustrating that you can’t trust anyone to do a service you paid for. Would not recommend for any of their services.

At this moment I have two spots in my driveway that have puddles of fluid on them. I don’t know if my front transfer case was overfilled or if a lot of fluid got spilled on the skid plate or if the plug is now screwed up. I’ll find out tomorrow.
