Went here in January for a quick oil change before I left town. Not only did they not use enough oil, which I found out on my trip out of town. Now that I'm changing my own oil & doing my own maintainance, I noticed they broke the clips to my cabin air filter last time I was there. Seriously do not reccomend going here ever, even if its tempting to save time or money. You will be disappointed!

Totally horrible. Purchased coupon was not allowed because a full synthetic oil was placed in my vehicle and not a synthetic blend. Had to pay $103.98 out of pocket and no reimbursement for the coupon I purchased in 09/24. The coupon is valid until 03/26.
Told by the Service Technician that this problem has been encountered numerous times. Seems like they should have been much more aware since I gave them the coupon to validate before the car was taken in to be serviced.
If you want crappy service I suggest you stir right to 752 Henesta DR. and grab the two loathing Technicians Lacy C. and Joseph Y. and get incompetent service without a smile 😃.

Fast, friendly service. The lady at the counter broke down the cost of how much it would be for my brakes and for my oil change and was very acknowledge about the services we were in and out in 25 minutes very customer Centered will be returning!

I only gave 3 stars because it is only one employee that made me feel uncomfortable 😐
The young lady took an instant dislike to me🤨at the minute I drove up, I wondered what I did😮💨

I could describe the whole experience but I'd rather not😪
My bill was for 3 services in the 3 figures. Unfortunately I had a bad experience like this at the heights location🫣
I guess I need to find a new place 2 bad I own 3 vehicles🤭

Called because I had a couple questions about prices and the lady on the phone just seemed annoyed with everything I was saying... Very unpleasant.

I had an interaction with the female assistant manager who was extremely rude. The guys that were working there were friendly and accommodating. I ended up leaving instead of doing business with the very large and rude manager.
