This is my third time coming to this store only to find it closed, even though it’s within the hours posted here. It’s not a “closed due to low staffing”. It’s that the hours have been changed on the store’s door. I was told they can’t correct the hours listed on google because corporate sets the hours. Call the store and be sure it’s open before you go.

Me and my 2 kids went into this Joanns looking for yarn and we were also doing a little browsing and we were in this isle with little plush bears a fidget toys and my daughter had shown my son a little bear keychain and my son was walking around with the bear in hand and he put it in a different isle cause we couldn’t find where it came from and some old worker maybe in her 50s wearing a blue shirt came up from behind my son and reached her hand behind my son and grabbed the bear and said “put things where they belong” and snatched the bear and walked away before we could say anything and put it where it was originally from. Control your workers ioanns this was a very unpleasant visit!!!

Little to no workers the past couple times I went in. I know it’s hard to find workers.. Always the same checker, Chris, I believe. Always trying her best to check people out quick and efficiently. I could not find anyone to help me find my need’s because everyone was busy! Very efficient and as fast as they can be dealing with little workers.

Joann is no longer a reputable company. 2 weeks to ship an order ???? Over an hour on hold to customer service… I was told orders can’t be cancelled because they automated… I will never purchase from Joann again . Buyer Beware !!!!

We didn't find what color yarn we needed and the price of the yarn we needed was $12.99 compared to $7.99 or $8.99 at hobby lobby. Plus if we wait until Monday it's 30% off that price at HL.They did have great clearance items throughout the store.
