Recently took an item back to Kohls for a return. I had the receipt for the items, but because my credit card had replaced due to fraud, the card was replaced. Even though it was the same account, Kohls refused to give me a refund, and insisted that I take Store credit.

Employees Sam and marissa made my experience horrible. Both were extremely rude to me and wouldn’t answer any questions I had or helped me at all they are both snarky and horrible.

I used to love shopping here but my last visit here was strange. The workers were not very helpful at all. When I was ready to check out there were 4 workers at the check out. Two of which that were just standing and visiting with one another as they looked customers up and down that were in line paying for their items. Not very welcoming behavior for customer service. They then proceeded to talk and visit with the cashier that was waiting on us and distracting him. Took us longer than usual to check out. I will be shopping on line from now on if I do decide to continue shopping here.

I needed to return a mail-order item and was treated very well and directed to find a replacement item. Their clothes selection is excellent, and I shop there often for myself and gifts.

I was greeted with impeccable service!!! At the door, the gentleman putting carts away was super friendly and welcoming. The cashier was eager to assist with any additional markdowns on clearance even though I forgot my 30% off mailer and the service desk clerk was very accommodating when I needed to exchange an item. Thank you! You guys are awesome! This will definitely be my deciding factor if I shop other stores. You have them beat on customer service! You are amazing!

Associates were attentive yet not over attentive! I was allowed to enjoy my shopping, taking my time but always aware that a salesperson was always within my vision.

Make sure you check your receipt! Sometimes they don't give you the sale price, the jewelry dept. had buy 1 get 2nd at 50% off but it didn't ring up that way!

Meh. Typical department store. Overpriced merchandise that is then put on 'sale' for basically what the price should've been in the first place. All that just to make themselves feel relevant and so they can make their customers feel all warm and fuzzy about the money that they saved, when in actuality they would've still spent less at other places or online. Poor business model, in my opinion, and I don't think the consumer is really falling for their game anymore. That place is rarely busy. Probably the biggest draw is the Sephora, which is inside.
