This time I wasn't due for an oil change. They still took care of everything topped off all my fluids, checked my wipers, just did everything I needed to keep me on the road as the weather was getting cold. They really take good care of all three of our vehicles and I appreciate them ever so much!

They were the only oil change shop that had the oil & filter for my 2002 Atlas Crossport. They were fast, friendly, their prices were very reasonable. On a side note, their complimentary coffee was excellent!

We needed a quick oil change and only had a short wait before they were all done and we could hit the road. The workers worked together as a team and no wasted moves. Kinda impressive

Thieves! Buyer beware! I came in 2 weeks again had my vehicle serviced. In the door was a pocket size rechargeable Felix 1000 lumen flashlight I bought for over $100. It was gone.
I figured it was gone and no point in calling. My wife pressured me to call to atleast inform the manager. So today I did just that. First thing Nate said to me “we didn’t steal your flashlight” (I get it and I’m sure employees appreciate a boss standing up for them) however, what you should have done Nate was ask me what it looks like and insure me that you’d at least look around for it instead of calling me a liar and just denying it happened without any due diligence.
Who knows maybe it was Nate himself, I’ll never know.
The visits due to the theft cost me 25$ for basic auto oil change. Not to mention I already had to come back so you guys could reattach the plastics that were dragging because you were too lazy to find or put back the push pins.
I understand changing oil here is convenient but do so at your own risk, you been advised.

I just left Masterlube on Main Street. I have a Dodge Ram diesel . They started the engine up went through their checks before they figured out there was no oil in the truck. I ask the young man if that is what they did and he did admit that they forgot the oil. Huge mistake on a high dollar engine. No one even apologized. Not happy
