MasterLube is where it’s at, it's radiating with 50s vibe I love it! Everything is done from car and they wash all the window on your car. They are so friendly and personable. Top Notch service both in taking care of vehicle and customer services. You be that! They as a thank you gave you a choice of free ice cream bar which was shocking. I will definitely be back again and again!

All these people working on my car today .did a wonderful job .it was like listening to doctors doing brain surgery .Yelling out what they were doing or were done doing .funny .and they did one hell of a job .that's why I have been coming here for my service for many years .and will continue to do so .
Way to go guys and gal .

On Friday Oct 18th 2025 I stopped at the Masterlube on King Ave in Billings Montana to get the DEF refilled on my 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500HD Diesel truck. The staff were friendly & professional and even cleaned my windows and vacuumed my truck while waiting. When they finished I went to the counter to settle my bill and to my surprise there was no charge? The bill showed the cost with the balance owed at zero? I asked if this was correct and I was assured it was correct. I looked out into the Bay Area and everyone was looking at me as if they knew something I didn’t. I was confused. Finally the cashier said these four words to me “Thank You for your service!”. I was very proud to say “Thank You”. You see I’m a 100% disabled Veteran and my license plates are DV handicap plates. On the back of my truck I have a placard that says United States Coast Guard and I typically wear my ball cap that says Native American Veteran. So I wanted to express my gratitude to Masterlube and its employees on King Ave for honoring my service! “Thank You” to each and every person involved that day!
