IF I COULD GIVE THEM A MINUS 0 I WOULD. WORST MATTRESS.SPENT A FORTUNE. SENT 2 EMPLOYEES TO CHECK MATTRESS. CAME IN NO SHOE COVERS TRACKED ICE AND SNOW ON THE CARPET .THEY STOOD THEMATTRESS ON WHERE THEY HAD TACKED IN OUR HOUSE. NO CONSESSIONS.
