This store doesn't have anything on the back wall of the store so it looks like they are going out of business. I was looking for going out of business signs as I was walking in. The people working were very effective and paid attention to the needs of the customers though. The price for the bubble wrap had a sign for $16.97, but they charged $22.97. I paid the higher price, but will make sure I go to Home Depot instead next time.

Jewel and Jackie at the Billings Lake Elmo location are life-savers!! They helped us to sort out, wrap, pack, label and ship a load of family mementos and photos under significant time pressure. They were helpful and kind through the whole process, even as we were sorting items into different boxes and addresses. We are so grateful. Excellent service!
