Employees are clue less about store policy's. I went in to by printer ink the box was damaged. I asked them if I take it home and it's not the right one. Can I return it? They said yes absolutely. Got home not the right one never used. Never broke the seal. Took it back to the store and they wouldn't let me return it. I was going to exchange it so they wouldn't have lost money but instead wasted my money and threw away ink that was brand new. Employee was rude about the whole situation. He ended up throwing the ink away. Will be finding a new place to buy my ink.

Very disappointed. No sales associates available to help and shelves looked as if they were going out of business. SAD SAD SAD!!! I've always been comforable shopping at this store but this just didn't cut it.

The employees were no help at all and did not care to put forth any extra effort. Didn’t thank me for spending $290. It was not busy so there was no excuse for them.

we went looking for office chairs. there was a sign at the front door indicating chairs and office furniture on sale up to 50% off. we were informed by staff the even though they continued to advertise the office chair sale, they would not honor the sale price. after the conversation, the sales rep ghosted us. I am not interested in spending $500 plus on a good office chair for this kind of customer service. good luck Office Depot, Amazon for all our office needs! BJM

Best and friendliest service I have received from a business in a long time! I was greeted as I came in and an employee came right over to help me find a chair mat that would work for me. She then took me right to the checkout and made the whole transaction fast and enjoyable. A good start to my day!

I was able to navigate the buy online, pick up at store process very easily from my phone.Great communication about what step they were working on to prepare it for me.When I went to get it, the customer service representative shared his own personal experience with it.I ordered a chair cushion for my office chair. Great Westend location.Large parking lot.

This is not the Office Depot thatI have used so much. Low inventory, the information on computers is lacking. A very sad day for them. They keep going this way and they will be out of business.
