Staff is fair and straightforward, states reasoning for their offer amounts when asked and is honest in regards to whether they have personal knowledge about an item or not. Most people can’t see past their own nose to realize how much staff at these establishments have to deal with; they’re doing us a favor, not the other way around! I appreciate the courteous and respectful interactions I’ve had here and it’ll continue to be my first stop when looking to sell or pawn.”

“I brought my son in this morning because he likes bargain hunting. I was greeted immediately walking in the door. One of the guys asked if there was something specific I was looking for. They unfortunately didn’t have anything my son was looking for but made several recommendations.While my son was cruising the isles I took notice of a few firearms. Had they accepted credit cards I would have purchased. I will be back to buy the two firearms I wanted.In short, customer service was good and the two gentlemen I interacted with were nice and professional.”
