Craig, Ashlan, Kyle, I apologize the gal that delivers are all top notch! Really great attitudes. Kind and caring. Craig has fought for me w/ the insurance companies many times. I really respect this team and am grateful they deliver as I have been unable to get out much due to my physical issues. Why anyone would go anywhere else is beyond me. Also hello Montana support our fellow Montanan! ❤️

These guys are awesome. Only complaint is everybody loves them therefore they are always so busy. Love Craig he explains things so well and is always willing to help you figure things out. Love this pharmacy.

When our insurance changed we switched here. So far no issues whatsoever! Only hiccup was on my part due to no insurance on file. Quickly fixed and no issues. Even with my son’s medicine ( he’s special needs) they quickly fill em within a day or two.

Very rude do hang up on people,charge interest to elderly that are their errors in billing, claim its mail issues really 2 months of mail . Do not deal with this company even in reading responses to reviews ,there are no people skills in responding. Charged mom for med did not receive took forever to straighten out. Again had to go through hang up call .State auditor will be getting a call of their handling of issues.Your response I s very rude ,my mom has the highest credit rating you can handle have . She is not the only elderly person you have done this to.All caps reallyI am not a fraud just speaking for elderly that are to scared to stand up to you,I did not say I was hungup on they were. Hard for them to hear.Done wasting time with you.Stop taking advantage of elderly.

Pharm406 has been excellent at getting me the correct medications and dose, since I started with them a couple of years ago. The staff are wonderful and take care of everything for me! They help me tremendously by delivering my medications to my home, and they always call me if there’s any problems. I received my RSV, Covid 19 and Flu vaccinations there, and it went as smooth as silk! As a retired RN I know about vaccinations?. I can get my medications there much cheaper than other pharmacies, and I don’t have to use one of those Rx savings cards. I am very grateful for how everyone at Pharm 406 has treated me, and I appreciate their compassion and commitment to excellence!

Extremely unprofessional! If I had the option to go somewhere else I would, but sadly this is the only place that I can get my sons omnipods for his diabetes that accepts his insurance.
