There's not much to improve on at Planet Fitness. Nice new machines, great staff , Always clean with very attentive staff. Not to mention that hydromasssage system is just heaven

Wonderful environment, clean shower room and private changing room. Friendly staffs, they are ready and willing to help when I come to them. They keep the area and machines clean.

I hate this place the owner ship was terrible just talking like they were better than everyone else and the manager, I think his name was Tony, just had no people skills and didn’t know how to talk to people with respect definitely wouldn’t recommend

I have gone to a couple gyms in Billings and I gotta say this Planet Fitness is the best! It’s clean and the staff is always friendly. My husband and I have black cards and they are totally worth it! We get to workout then use the massage beds right after! Definitely recommend for people who are beginners or are advanced!

Ask to speak to a manager and assistant manager asked to talk to somebody higher than her and she said that there was no one else canceled my membership but they just continued to charge my account so then when I wanted to start working out and go back to them then they tried telling me I owe them $120 what's the point on putting your credit card information on there and having app if you can't cancel your membership through the app I went through all the process and I even said cancel membership and they continue to charge my account worst customer service at a workout place and I'm from California

The gym is nice, but cancelling a membership is literally the most hard thing ever. Out of all the gyms I've went with, this one has tried everything to keep me from cancelling, and then tries charging an extra fee to cancel. Complete bull. I've had gym memberships that would cancel if I wasn't there after three months, and ones that would just cancel right away without asking for another $50. I've spent $110 on this place I haven't used for the past almost year because they make it so hard to cancel, and then of course they try to charge an extra $39 yearly fee. This place is a joke. They aren't there for people's well being, just for their money.

Terrible management/customer service. Was asked to leave since I’m a member of the ‘other’ Billings PF. I offered to upgrade to black card and was waiting for it when I was asked to leave since I wouldn’t sit down and wait. Have asked to speak with manager but no response since last Friday. Apparently that was the mgr. smh

I was in town visiting my boyfriend, we go to the gym all the time. Ive used planet fitness quite a bit, but it's not always in the locations that my boyfriend and I travel, so I haven't ever signed for up for a membership. Typically planet fitness gives me a $16 Deal for a week pass. What kind of location doesn't do a week pass? This one. Went to the YMCA, they do a week for $10, and your first visit is free. Plus, it's a much nicer gym and has way more equipment.Planet fitness get your shit together, just because you're a franchise does it mean that you shouldn't accommodate people, and make them sign a contract to go to your gym, ridiculous.

My husband and I each signed up for a membership. I noticed that 3 membership charges were coming out of my account. I notified Planet Fitness of this and they said they had accidentally signed my husband up for two memberships and corrected it. Fast forward to about a year later, we canceled our memberships. Two months after we both canceled we saw another membership charge come out of our account this month. I called to ask them why and they said that the additional membership they accidentally signed my husband up for was actually “put on a hold” and not canceled. The man who answered the phone agreed with me but said his manager had to handle it as he could not issue refunds. I spoke with the manager thinking this would be an easy fix since this was their fault. She was the worst business professional I have ever spoken with. She told me that she couldn’t do anything to help me since this happened before she was hired. She said that people can have multiple memberships and she has no proof that we didn’t sign up for multiple memberships. After trying to explain myself multiple times and telling her that Planet Fitness already said this was their fault when the 3 membership issue originally happened she said, “We are talking in circles and I have other things I need to do today”. She could not tell me if the issue would be resolved and when I asked if she could have someone else in management help me she said she couldn’t give me that information. I will never go back to this gym and never recommended it to anyone.

I love going to planet fitness, it's one of my favorite gyms. I hadn't been to this location in a while, but the new leadership team is outstanding and I'm definitely going to make this my preferred location in the Billings area. You can tell that they've done a really great job in ensuring the guests are satisfied and happy. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I will continue to use this gym to get my power level over 9000.
