owner was rude the whole time and extremly unprofessional. I wrote a good review 6 months ago and just saw the owner responded. I said what I have just previously stated about being rude and was responded with, "i think you have rude mixed with rules. " and I absolutely do not. i have the text message screen shots to prove it. the owner is twisted and two sided because i have friends going there MY AGE and not getting kicked out. "for the safety of the business" at the risk of sounding arrogant, i am an extremely respectful kid and i get kicked out for misuse of company property? i asked what i had done wrong and it was just i had been there later than i was supposed too, sure as a business owner you can do with your business what you like but at least own your advertisement. "I've had bad experiences with high schoolers" nobody checked the cameras or anything. it was unbelievable

I love plaza but do wish the rules were a bit more logical/reasonable. I see people doing heavy squats (up to 400+) all the time on the power rack without any type of safety stop or even a spotter. This is exactly how bodybuilder Justin Vicky died just last week squating 460lb (spurring me to write this). On the other hand, Plaza doubled the number of "Don't drop the dumbbells" signs a few months ago. Soon after that I saw a guy get chewed out for lowering some big dumbbells to the floor after a heavy flat press. He didn't drop them or even let them escape his hands, he just lowered them as slow as he could after doing flat presses, but it made a thud noise and that counted as dropping. So now anytime someone flat presses heavy dumbbells they've got to catch them on their knees while also catching their forward momentum before their head goes through the mirror in front of them? That's fine as long as you don't let the 100 to 150 dumbbells touch the floor and make a thud. Also, good luck if you have a shoulder problem because you'll be loosing your membership if you bail out of any kind of dumbbell press. In the mean time, don't worry about the other guy on the opposite side of the room deadlifting 405 and letting the weight free-fall from waste high to the ground with every rep. I love all the people, the atmosphere, and the equipment at Plaza. That's why it's got my 4 stars. But I've got to reserve the last star for when the rules become a little more focused on safety of the people and equipment. Honestly though, I couldn't care less about seeing additional rules added to the squat and deadlift area. I'd be fine to see natural selection and liability waivers in the membership contract work that issue out naturally. However, when the rules and the way they're enforced with the dumbbells don't allow them to be used as intended and in the safest manner (or even unsafely), that's not good for anybody.

I joined little over a month ago, and I love this place. It's almost never crowded, and they have all the equipment you need. Anytime I go it's never crowded, and the price is very fair. I only wish there was a tanning bed, and the hot tub is out of order indefinitely.

I have been a member at Plaza for a little over a year now, and I have to say, it is one of the best gyms I have been lucky enough to find. The owner and employees/trainers are all incredibly nice and helpful, and more importantly, approachable. There is more than enough equipment to go around, and I am still finding some that I hadn't seen previously. I RARELY have to wait for equipment (but it's because sometimes I want to hit muscle groups in a certain order, which is my problem, not Plaza's.) The workout areas, locker rooms and sauna/steam room are always very clean and in good working order. Price is amazing for everything you get, and it's 24 hours! Also, everyone working out there is respectful of the equipment and those who are working out, nice atmosphere if you are one that is typically intimidated by gyms. If you are looking for a place to start, or are a seasoned gym veteran, this is a great place to get a membership! I will be there until I can't move anymore.

Very Very disappointed experience. Apparently the owner of this gym does not like High School boys. Very discriminatory against teenager boys. From the moment we walked in there the owner was very rude towards us. Very flippant, her customer service was appalling. I do not recommend this place.Just because you have had a bad experience with other boys, does not mean every teen is like that. And why do you let females workout past ten?!? You might want to go to customer service class. You had a chip on your shoulder the night we walked on there. You didn’t want him joining the night we went in there.

It is a very nice facility and plenty of machines, however, the staff is beyond rude. I am a high schooler and the owner was rude to me from the start because of past high school kids. I understand the skepticism but I was told to not be in past 10pm because I would cause problems. One night I was in not long last 10 unintentionally and I was kicked out immediately. No warning or anything. Beyond rude about the whole thing and I have screenshots of texts

Open 24 hrs to members. Always clean. No matter if it's 1AM or noon...I've never seen it "too busy"...plenty of equipment to get your own workout done and not getting in other people's way. Only in Billings part time anymore but definitely found a new home for my gym.

This is by far the cleanest gym in Billings. So happy I get to train here!* I was just asked by google if I wanted to change my review.....Nope, I don't want to change it. Still my favorite place to lift the heavy things!

Just switched over from "the judgement free zone"... And I feel like I'm home. This place has everything and more. Some machines and grips I've never seen! Staff is welcoming and friendly, it's no wonder they've been here for 30+ years. Thanks for having me!

Great gym. I really enjoyed this gym and i hate that i had to go. It truly deserves a good review. Pam i wish you would’ve talked to me, or my parents before permanently banning me from the gym for reasons that definitely didn’t deserve that consequence. I was banned for “running in and out of the gym at 11pm” when i went out one time to cool off and came back in to go into the steam shower. I was also told to “try not to be in the gym past 10” i will admit. it didn’t seem strict when i was told this. It’s a 24 hour a gym, and that’s why i joined the gym. i work afterschool until about 8-9 most days and i wasn’t able to be out of the gym before 10 most the time. i always went in to workout and left right when i was done. never got a warning for being in there past 10 so i figured i was fine to be in there past 10 sometimes, and i only did so because it was the only time that worked with my work schedule. I want to give it less than a 4 star review because it’s ridiculous in my opinion that i was banned without warning for something so small. But the gym deserves a very good review other than that. I would say it’s the best gym in Billings.
