The driver, Don, was very skilled, polite and accomplished a nearly impossible situation that the Redman Billings office put him in. I don’t believe many other drivers would have been willing or able to overcome the office’s error in sending our cabinets on a full-sized semi for delivery to our place on a dirt road in the woods!.

Kept delaying delivery, then on the agreed upon date they were in Great Falls and decided that they did not want to deliver to Simms. Refused to drop the shipment at a place in Great Falls (remember the driver is already in Great Falls) and wanted to reschedule delivery out another few weeks! They need a new driver or better management. We did get it delivered after some very heated discussions.

Redman Van & Storage far exceeded my expectations! North American Van Lines was recommended to me, and now I highly recommend them to anyone considering a move, near or far, to check these companies out. They are professional, courteous and respectful of personal property.
Never doubted that I was getting the VIP treatment!! Thanks again to everyone involved.

I wish there was an option for negative stars. This is the worst experience I have ever had with delivery. The driver drove my $20k plus cabinets 5 hours across the state and refused to delivery them to the correct address. In a scramble, I had to make arrangements for them to be dropped elsewhere so they weren’t hauled all the way back to Billings. Now, I get to repay for them to be delivered by someone else. Absolutely horrible customer service.

This has to be the worst business in Billings. I ordered cabinets from Lowe's, which has been a good experience, but they contract this business to deliver them. It would have been faster and smoother for me to have picked up the cabinets myself - one by one. They don't answer the phone. They don't return phone calls or emails. They don't deliver when they say they will, but don't even communicate that they won't be there, and they have now lost a cabinet, and have not bothered to tell me.

If I could leave a zero I would. I had the worst experience I've ever had with the owner. Seriously, rudest customer service x 1000. However, the two gentleman contracted to deliver were very nice...but, called a day earlier than scheduled, saying they were needing to deliver in 30 minutes because they were only in town that day. I live 4 hrs from billings. I was home, but this had disaster written all over it, had I not been. I think that's my take away, Redman does not give a crud about the customer. I did let costco know my experience and that I'd never order anything that used this business, again.

This company has held onto my order for the past 3 weeks. This order has been paid for and shipping has been paid for. I have spoken to them several times in the past 3 weeks, they informed me delivery schedule for the week is made on Monday. I'll be put on the schedule next week. Each week, they fail to put my order on a truck. I now have to drive from Kalispell to Billings to pick up my order that was scheduled for delivery on May 3rd. Horrible experience with this company

Did not meet their own schedule.We had three days when we were told our delivery would arrive, but did not. This was on a burden to arrange our schedule to be home and miss some work. The company did not even call to tell us the date changed or the order did not get on the truck.Thankfully held onto the phone number from when they initially called to schedule the delivery date.When I did call to see if my delivery was still going to arrive on the days I was initially told we had mixed responses.One person was apologetic and explained the situation, another was very rude and told us it was not her fault I changed my work schedule to be home.The drivers were very polite, professional and helpful.

They do not do what they say they will do. 3 different "delivery" episodes never happened. Would not return phone calls. TERRIBLE!!!
