I got my hair colored/cut by Kasey today and she did a phenomenal job!!! Very friendly and personable with me the entire time. I was hesitant to try someone new with my hair, but she exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!!!:)

I called last minute on Saturday 5/6 and Hero was able to take me 2 hrs later. She was very nice, professional and calm. We discussed together what I wanted done and chose colors and she took her time and patience and did a wonderful job. She even went past closing time to complete the job at hand. I have a lot of hair, but the longest I've ever been gone for any appointment was 3 hours. Chloe left and I got recommended to Megan for a cut and color. Never in my life have I been at an appointment for 8 HOURS!!!!!! I was trying to be understanding over her and how she was feeling. Tbh I felt like she was gone more than working on my hair. Probably hence the total time I was there. I hate being that "person" and leaving reviews but I felt like this needed to be said. Especially when I'm sitting there for 8 hours and my husband had to show up to the salon to find out why it's taking so long AND THAT I MISSED MY SONS BIRTHDAY! She still wasn't done with my hair and decided to Crack open a beer!!!! A BEER!!! WHILE STILL WITH YOUR CLIENT! Not only did the color take 8 hours to do. She cut my hair before we started the color but didn't finish just went to color the hair. Didn't give me a cut Close to what I asked for. My appointment was at 1:15. I didn't leave until 920PM!!! Left heartbroken and to see that the job wasn't done fully because she offered to finish cutting it on Monday. Still expected to pay the full amount for a job not fully done. This has never happened to me in my life and to be told that I have a lot of hair. NEVER HAVE I BEEN AT A HAIR SALON FOR SO LONG!!Services: Haircut

This place was very unprofessional. I booked an appointment a week prior to the appointment, specifying that the appointment was for a 15 year old for prom and that she would be missing school. I also told them that we lived an hour away and needed time if something wasn’t going to work out. They called us 45 minutes before our appointment to tell us that our appointment was canceled because they weren’t done doing someone else’s hair. I told them that we already traveled in for the appointment and asked for a slight discount on a hair cut for our inconvenience and they basically laughed in my face and told me “that isn’t our problem, its the Preston who booked it. It’s their problem.” They were very unprofessional and very unkind.

A Goldwell color specialist who has years of experience with color, color correction and cutting. She believes in continuous education and can be seen helping and educating the staff daily. Whether it's for a service or whether you're looking for a new home.. it's a must to stop by.

I truly tried to accept the results of my experience here... but I am still so sad whenever I look in the mirror. I had a wonderful perm done by Chloe a few months ago, and called to schedule another. Unfortunately, she is not doing hair anymore, and I was put with Shelly. Nothing is worse than gradually feeling less and less confident as the stylist messes with your hair. I told her how wonderful the "piggyback" perm by Chloe turned out last time. She proceeded to ignore me and roll standard amounts of hair per roller, which hasn't worked in the past due to the long length. Then she tells me she uses a completely different perm chemical than Chloe does and "has for years". This is suspect to hear, as the last perm obviously worked great, along with giving me the impression she probably doesn't research new hair care products and sticks with the "same ole" stuff out of ignorance. I try to tamp down my worries at this point, telling myself I'm being silly. I make it through the uncomfortable perm process (so it goes), only for her to push me to trim it. I reluctantly agree, and she proceeds to PULL a comb through the freshly permed hair. Huge no-no, as you just destroyed all the curl. I ask for as "little as possible" trying to be polite and get out of there. She takes it upon herself to trim several inches as it was "thin" via her opinion. It is so much shorter, and I wanted to cry, as it takes me so long to get my hair to grow that length. She charged me extra for the trim (likely her intent all along) and I paid and left. I know hair grows back and bad perms are common, but I just feel so heartbroken. $200 for someone to ignore what I wanted and follow their own opinion. I hate looking in the mirror since the appointment. You should feel beautiful and at your best after that, not guilty and sad.Services: Haircut
