BUYER BEWARE! I was surprising my husband for our 20 year Anniversary. I had been communicating with a salesman all day, made an appt to bring my husband. After telling my husband it was his the told me they sold it to someone else right out from under me after test driving it. My husband was so excited & now my surprise is ruined! The mgr said I didn’t leave a deposit or show proof if financing. Which I had in my purse the whole time. Who does business like this!!!

I'd give them negative stars unfortunately I can't. I was buying a truck from them for my husband as a surprise for our 20 year anniversary. After test driving and telling my husband it was his they told me someone else bought it. My husband was so excited and now I feel like crap cuz of their bad business practices. The salesman even said the was gonna put a bow on it for me. Who does that!! The "manager" said I had not deposit or letter of finance approval. I had it in my purse the whole time. Don't BUY from them unless you want to get screwed over!!! BUYER BEWARE!!

Jesse the salesman is a great guy, but Brandon the finance guy is an unprofessional, creepy jerk, don't go there, The story behind it all is too long to go into here but what he did is epic and our credit union even salesman, and anyone else who heard the story were shocked had never heard of someone at a dealership acting like he did, and wondering why he wasn't fired. He lost the sale!! I went to Lithia Toyota got a better car, less miles, and cheaper and had professional people help me, the difference was night and day, I am a 72 year old widow and have never dealt with someone so rude and obnoxious and he treated the people at my credit union the same way.

John was truly a blessing in disguise for our buying experience! He was able to get us exactly what we wanted and wasn’t going to settle for less! He was not pushy at all and I never felt pressured into a deal! Thank you so much for a great trade and buying experience! 10/10 recommend to anyone in the Billings area to go check out the Kia dealership and ask for John Jameson!! You will not be disappointed!

Such a fun experience! We stopped at the lot to take a look. James and Brandon attentively helped us find the right vehicle for our family! They delivered as promised on purchase/lease options and upgrades. We drove home in a new Kia and are happy with our purchase!

I was looking to purchase a Ram 2500 Laramie 2022 with low miles. James Pittock made me an offer which was the best price and lowest mileage within 1000 miles of my home. It was worth driving 650 miles for the deal Kia off Billings gave me!

Absolute HORRIBLE experience, this company is crooked as they come. First off, ran my credit to 6 different agencies (without consent) after I told them I was going to go through my bank and sign my trade over, handle the paper work, as this was on a Saturday. Get alerts on my phone as I’m sitting there with all these credit agencies popping up, so basically now you are roped and taking a credit ding. Car was on empty, guy said it had remote start, did not. THEN, get a call a week later saying they need me to come in because they messed up some paper work and they would buy a tank of fuel as I am 30 miles out of town (after spending the previous Saturday all day there) go back and realize they had raised the sale price of the car to make the trade numbers look better to them (all without informing me). Re do all the paper work, leave they’re absolutely pissed, but in this deep had the car for a week what do you do? Figure wash my hands never return. 2 months go buy, my bank notified me that the lien on my trade had still not been paid after having on paper and told by the sales and finance team that they would pay it off that Monday, STILL HAD NOT DONE THIS. My credit took a 150 point negative hit with this transaction. What a joke of a place, I have been speaking with an attorney to say the least. Not to mention the sales people hitting their vapes IN the damn store, With a collective tooth count of 26. Don’t even think about going here. EVER

Very satisfied with their service. When I had a serious problem with my car while on vacation they got right on it and assigned me to a great customer service representative named Jenelle. She took it from there and helped me through the whole process until I got my car back. My car works great now and I'm completely satisfied with the service the Kia in Billings Montana provided to me.

If there was a way to give less than one star, I would. My wife scheduled her Rio for a recall, John(a salesman) texted her relatively quickly about trading her car in, and then didn't respond to her messages after she told him her low payment price. When the car went in for the recall, the "technician" lied about what her car needs as far as what they found during the complimentary service. The tech says her car needs a brake fluid flush, transmission flush, a cabin air filter replacement, new spark plugs, and a cooling system flush(these are all failed tasks according to them. Cautioned tasks were brakes and tires. Talk about an absolute scam! The brake fluid is clean and perfectly fine, the transmission fluid is topped off and clean(not burnt as they claim), the coolant is new, I replaced the cabin air filter less than 2 weeks ago, and the tires are less than a month old. The only thing that could have been addressed is the ac belt, but they didn't noticed the squeal when it first turned on I guess, so i will replace it today(2 days after it was at the dealership). This is a classic take advantage of the lady that doesn't know her car, but guess what... my wife and her husband do! Thanks for trying to scam my wife with a bunch of "services" her car didn't need. We won't ever shop or bring the car in for a service here.

Went in for my oil change and tire rotation, i had an appointment for 10am. However i dropped my car off early and was still met with excellent service. They were quick, thorough and let me know what i need to do for my 30,000 maintence as well. They were done in an hour!

We had an absolute fantastic experience with Kia of Billings when buying our 2023 Kia Sorento. Even though they didn't have the specific model we were initially looking for, Timothy called me immediately when a Sorento PHEV showed up and we drove away that evening due to the great service, support and peace of mind everyone gave us. Adam, Shane, Jared and Brandon all helped as well and were great to work with. If you need a new vehicle, give this great dealer a shot! We couldn't be happier!

Excellent experience here at Kia. I was skeptical because I couldn't stand the commercials and the dude who used to be the manager here, as well as the place not having great reviews due to upper management. They told me the entire upper management had been pretty much comepletely gutted out. However, this was a rather nice experience. The financial department was well informed, friendly, and helpful! The lady that helped me seemed a bit new to selling cars, but nonetheless if she didn't know something, she would immediately go and get clarification for peace of mind. Overall, really great experience. I drove off the lot with one of my dream cars within 2 hours of originally pulling up. Financed through KIA and got a pretty decent rate! I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth and easy buying experience.
