Pulling out of the western states is a mistake. But it doesn’t matter because we already canceled our account before we heard about this because of the shabby quality. And the delivery charge we can get twice as much Vegetables for half the price at our neighborhood, grocery stores I give this company two years and they’ll be filing for chapter 11 protection

Very very unhappy with the added charges for a small order. All I needed this time was some chicken fries…. And you want to add an added charge of $12 to my (Too small for you) order. Well corporate can stick their chicken fries . Very sad it’s coming to this.We have a great delivery person….but seriously, this added fee is ridiculous.Bye bye Schwans!

Good place. Unloading only by appointment. The entrance for the truck is not convenient, but the warehouse worker helps. They are unloaded manually. 5 pallets in an hour and a half. There is a large truck stop nearby.

drivers are uninformed about payment options if you have a scheduled delivery day or time and they come by early and happen to answer the door on your way out they say that you refuse the order OK it is 9:45 AM when they knock on my door and my scheduled delivery is not until 3 to 6 PM this evening and they can’t or won’t come back and deliver my order. How nice is that for a child that wanted cinnamon rolls and ice cream for their birthday this evening and because a driver stops by eight hours early that child is being denied the pleasure of spending time with mom in the kitchen, making cinnamon rolls and serving them to the guests at his party. This is not the first bad experience that I have had with Schwan’s‘s in general the last time was in the state of Nevada and now in the state of Montana, I understand them not wanting to take cash, but if the driver would have told me he could take a personal check instead of being so anxious to put it on a credit card. I would’ve wrote one of those out for him. and really teaching the customer service agents to apologize and five dollars really you spend forty fifty sixty a hundred dollars and they’re going to give you five dollars because you had such a bad experience really??????? I think they need to update the scripts that they give their customer service people. They also need to update their so-called five dollars that they can give to you for your trouble oh, and don’t forget if you call customer service on top of the five dollars they can take another order and get it out the next day. Whatever this company is going downhill in a hurry.

Good food and ice cream but ever since our driver was promoted the new driver never stops by anymore I just watch as he drives by so mad and no one at customer service really cares all the sayid there sorry and tells me when my next delivery date is.

The delivery driver should get like a 10 here in Roundup! The Schwan's company shouldnt even get a 1. Not sure how the drivers are to make any money if they cant get a full truck of product to sell to make commissions very sad!

Had an issue with an at the door order called the 800 #, what a mistake the lady I got had the worst customer service skills & kept talking over me trying to argue. I got no where was a waste of time to call says 100% satisfaction guarantee but so far they haven't honored it. Waiting to hear from a supervisor. Will be cancelling and no longer ordering from them!
