it was literally excruciating pain every second i was in there, a worker would not STOP talking to me and would not leave me alone as if i didn't know what i was doing, she kept trying to sell me stuff and it was SO ANNOYING. she pushed me into a 22 dollar eyelash glue and ofc i returned it. outrageous prices and i would pick ulta over sephora any day

I absolutely do not recommend Sephora at Kohl’s. Go to Ulta. Their customer service is much better. My husband purchased some Lancome moisturizer for me at the Sephora in Kohl’s and grab the wrong one. I took the unopened product back to exchange it for the correct one and they would not exchange it without the receipt, absolutely ridiculous horrible customer service. I do not live in town so going to get the receipt was not a viable option. I have never had an issue exchanging something at Ulta and I highly recommend them over Sephora any day of the week.

Customer service was awful!!!!! The employees should put care into how they present themselves working in a beauty store. It's so down hill and gross. GO TO ULTA!!!!!!!!

I used to love Sephora, one staff member, obviously little help. Too bad. A bench for a husband to sit on or a child while shopping on there is a suggestion also. Come on.

I was helped by this very pretty girl, i think she said she was Crow. She had beaded hoops, and I believe her name was, Lorenzo, or Lorena. I wish I could remember. She was a delight, and was very knowledgeable about all the products I was looking for. I told her I really appreciated it, I wanted to say, good job! It has become one of my favorite stops.

I had to stop by here on the way home for my wife, just for some lipgloss, and this employee, named Cherine, said she could help me, I was in a hurry, but she insisted I sign up for email prizes, even though I told her I would not be returning, and promptly excused herself to the bathroom. I waited for awhile. Thankfully an employee named Lorene came up and got me what my wife asked for and got me checked out. my wife was happy about me getting the correct product. This was a bad experience at first but the last employee saved this places reputation.

bought only one mascara, and in the check they counted by 2, I saw it when I had already gone far. What can I say, I'm upset that the cashiers are so inattentive. ((??

The lady who helped me was very tall with sparkly winged eyeliner.. I should have grabbed her name. She was wonderful and definitely knew her stuff. I had to switch foundations and she did perfect shade match and made sure it would work with my primer.She needs a raise/promotion!!!

It's not that I dislike Sephora, because I don't. I like it way more than I should. But maybe not so much here. Because this store is located inside another store, it has a smaller footprint and, understandably, not nearly as broad a selection of products as their standalone stores. This location is in the same shopping center as a competitor. The business of both is the same, but Sephora appears to cater to a slightly different crowd. Its goods are on the higher end and although Sephora has its own brand of cosmetics and skincare, the other product lines tend to the prestige side. This store doesn't have the beauty-related items here, either -- brushes, blow-driers, curling irons. etc. (but you might be able to find those in the general merchandise section of Kohls). There's nothing wrong with that, but when shopping on a limited budget, Sephora has limited options. It's almost a disconnect with the clientele of the store in which it's located.While this Sephora doesn't carry all the things the standalone stores carry, it is still a worthwhile stop for trying something new and the employees will put together some small samples of these higher-end products at a much-reduced price.

Amazing store and it had all of the product in stock and samples! Staff is super friendly and helpful, will definitely be going back.

i was appalled by the behavior of the sephora manager, she was blatantly rude to me and when one of her employees was helping me she followed us around and listened in onto our conversation and accused her employee of not doing her job and a bad job too. this behavior should be unacceptable. i can’t even believe i’m giving this one star

How about opening the fitting rooms?! drove all the way from Great Falls to try on some shorts as big box retailers do not cater to bigger sized gentleman and to walk into your store and see a big and tall section was a like heaven until I went to try on shorts and all the fitting rooms were closed. very disappointed!
