“Best place to ship stuff or process amazon returns. No matter how busy they are or what time of day or who helps me, it is always phenomenal customer service. They make things quick and easy while being happy to help. They even have a tablet where you can process amazon returns yourself by scanning the barcode and putting it in a bin without waiting in line. Even when I did that, someone came by to help me. They also have envelopes and shipping stuff you can buy there, of course. There are some good people that work there, and their manager must be doing something right!”

Imagine my concern when UPS notified me that my package arrived at 2:40 PM local time because UPS delivers to my apartment and rings my door. It was not at my door.I called UPS customer service, which was excellent. They resolved my problem immediately: My package was transferred to USPS, then it was delivered via USPS at 2:40 PM as per the UPS email.Excellent job by all”

“UPS unlike fedex is always able to find my house, no complaints. apparently UPS drivers know how to use google maps better than Fedex. packages have come late once or twice, but some items are from across the country stuff i mainly order from amazon, so not complaining. every time i order from amazon i refuse to allow fedex to ship due to never being able to find my house. UPS and USPS are both really awesome at finding my home”

The 2 gentleman were very professional, friendly, and explained everything that they were doing! They handled my appliances very carefully they didn’t scratch or bump anything while carrying them in!
