The United States Postal Service at this location provides secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages. The people working here are amazing, friendly, and work very hard, often going out of their way to provide helpful, step-by-step service. They assist with sending care packages and offer passport services by appointment. However, the wait can be really long due to not enough staff, and upper management is not very helpful. Overall, USPS does the best job of not damaging packages and is often the fastest delivery service for the least amount. This Post Office is committed to making customer experiences better.

We purchased a PO Box over two months ago in California for moving up to Billings. They can’t find it in Billings and we’ve been waiting for over two months to get a refund. They won’t even respond to our emails.
