Ordered a phone, spectrum sent the wrong phone. I called to make an exchange, and was never sent a packing slip to send the wrong device back. I then got the packing slip, and sent the wrong phone back the next day. A week later, I receive an email from spectrum saying it made it back to them 4 days late, then they tried charging my card over $1000. I called to let them know that when they sent me the packing slip, the representative told me I had until February 12 to send it back. They received it on February 3rd. With all of this headache, I agreed to just keep the phone but did not want to pay over $1000 and instead do a monthly installment plan, which they denied. I am so beyond frustrated and irritated with this situation, I just switched over to spectrum mobile and after this incident will be switching back to my old carrier. Horrible communication and customer service, absolutely would not recommend!

If I can give minus 5 stars, then I do so.Worst place for truck drivers. They unload you, demonstratively and demonstratively, from 3 hours. They do not take care of your logbook.

The wait line in the store is literally two hours at least!! Most people leave the store before they even get the assistance they need. We definitely need more than one store or maybe more than two workers at time would be a great start!! I pay 84 a month for strictly internet and the modem and router I have apparently isn’t working properly because it keeps saying there’s a connection error now I’m dreading going into the store to replace these faulty modem and router!!

We are moving and tried to cancel our spectrum service. The "customer service" representative made it the most painful process. I kept telling them that we already have service set up in our new home and they literally would not stop asking and were beyond rude. Then (without authorization) they made changes to an account at another location that we own but rent out. What a mess! I would never recommend spectrum due to this practice. You'll be locked in for life!

We have had spectrum for about a year now and have had only problems. We have had multiple technicians come and try to fix our WiFi and nothing, the WiFi goes out at least three times a day even after countless new routers and modems. After this experience you couldn’t pay me to use spectrum again. If I could give zero stars I would but I cannot so I will just say this company is a sham and does not deserve a penny of your money. Any other provider would be cheaper and more reliable than this poor excuse for a WiFi provider. I cannot put it into words how bad this company is at their job. There is not one redeeming quality that spectrum has that would make the services worth even close to the prices they are charging, it is inexcusable. This is basically legal theft. Thank you for reading and I hope this prevents you from using spectrum for ANYTHING in the future

Easily one of the most shady companies I’ve ever done business with. They overcharge you, I had to pay for a month of cable before they even completed setup. Upon cancellation, they charged for an additional month I didn’t even have the service with zero recourse after talking to support. Avoid this company like the plague.

The internet is slower than what we pay for. The sound for the cable is out of sync constantly, tv shows are messed up and the price is through the roof and when they get rid of channels the prive doesn't drop (disney junior). The on demand doesn't have tv shows that are currently on.

Im a nerd. I took vacation to play a game online. No warning-planned maintenance until 7am. Have to lose connection, go through their automated bs to find out its 'planned' maintenance. Planned but warn no one.Update. I have 1.3 mbps speed for the last 2 days. Can't even watch Netflix. Joke of a company.

Initially rated this 1 star 8 months ago when my bill went up for no reason. At the time, they insisted if I added a landline, it would bring my cost down by $18. After spending time arguing that I don’t need a landline, I added it only to save money. Fast forward 8 months to August 2022 and my bill went up $15. When I called to inquire, they said it was because I added a landline. After getting transferred to a manager, I’m told it’s not the landline, it because a “special promotion” was given on my internet speed and it just expired. Completely deceptive business practices and we are being held hostage because there are no other internet service providers! I give them 0 stars. Worst company I have ever dealt with!

I hate Spectrum so much. Bill just went up $30 for terrible service. Don't even think about going to a retail location because you will be waiting for hours. I had a billing dispute that dragged on for years when they continued to charge me for equipment that I had returned. They are a monopoly and they behave like it. The only alternatives are the satellite providers and they are just as bad. At my previous location I had Midco, and they were great because they are a regional company rather than a national monopoly.

Spectrum Wi-Fi is very poor and reliable. I live one block away from a spectrum branch and my internet cuts out for about a hour each day. Paying $80+ for this service is not worth it when its unreliable and spotty. Customer service argued with me when I tried talking to them when my internet went from $55-80 after 2 months of usinf it and they didnt tell me.. I no longer use spectrum.
