There’s usually only two people there and a room full of people waiting… Have been trying to make an appointment to go in and exchange faulty equipment for two weeks and I can’t get it done!!! When you do finally get there and have questions, they don’t know the answers and tell you to go to the geek squad at Best Buy!!! Train your employee so they know what the heck is going on!!!

3 days…3 outages. I need my internet to work when I am working and pay for that to be the case. My internet was out 4 times this week, for multiple hours.
I used to work in the industry, and remember when we would do system maintenance at night, the expectation was that the system could not be down for more than 5 minutes. These were all multiple hour maintenance outages. It’s a crying shame that the standard of service has dropped so low.
I don’t know if it’s the lack of skills of the technicians here in Billings, or the lack of caring from the leadership in Billings, but when you lose over 10% of your billing cycle usage, and your time to do productive work to provide for your family and still pay a premium price, the frustration is real.
Paul Allen would be disgusted if he could see how far his company had fallen when it comes to customer service and service reliability.

Absolutely the worst costumer service I have ever had. Avoid spectrum at all cost.
I came to the store to give back an item they sent me by mistake and the employees left me waiting standing for 20 minutes. After being fed up for being ignored, I left their item on the balcony: the manager threatened to charge me 73 dollars- Mind you I returned an item that was wrongfully sent to me.
I am looking forward to be charged 73 dollars and give them a law suit in exchange.

I hate this place spectrum. The employees just dont care about anything. Its not the guy was helping the couple it was the older lady with blonde hair. This is about the 3rd time I've come in here making appointment and wait passed and there was about 14 other spectrum customers in there as well. This lady was doing what it looking like data transfer which takes a long time to do which I know because im in the cell business as well and lady was just talking away with the guy looking at pictures and talking about grandkids. She could of set the phone aside told the gentleman let me help the next person in line. I could see that people were getting irritated. Its a busy store and ONLY one in town you think they would have more 2 people to start in the morning. Sometimes I need to go there from time to time, but I just hate going in there and I know im going to be treated like crap and rude. I've known people that work in there from time to time its not a good working environment. Thats why I make a appointment so I can be in and get out fast.

This is the worst internet and cable provider in the nation. Internet is always down so my security system is always down.I've been robbed and because the internet just so happened to be down and now I have zero footage of the people robbing me, so another unsolved robbery thanks to Spectrum and their garbage service.

Went to drop off my equipment, my service was already disconnected. I was forced to wait over an hour, after I point I left my equipment with a note saying I was already disconnected and my number and service address. An employee began SCREAMING at me from across room saying it would be 70$ per piece of equipment and that I was being so rude. The two employees were having casual conversations and clearly not respecting others time, so I had a tough time respecting theirs. The screaming employee told me repeatedly to have the day I deserved. I just said happy holidays and left. I'll never tough spectrum again.

Unfortunately it was a rather poor experience for me in my situation with the lack of proper Communications at the front door indicating that their process of customer service is different than what their corporate office recommends they do and their answer to that is that they do what they must. The facilities manager refused to come out and have a conversation with me and what little conversation it did have with the assistant manager was rough to say the least as she was very uncomfortable with me standing there asking questions and refused to want to speak to the person on the phone which is from their corporate office in an exchange program that I was there for. All in all I ended up receiving half of what I was supposed to get brand new equipment instead of got one refurbished old piece and one new piece. Between my level of paid service and the equipment that I've been dealt with over the years they were somewhat surprised that I didn't have the best quality available and even then it didn't qualify me in their eyes to hand over to me the best that they had but only 50% of that need was accomplished. I think for me the largest concern was the lack of communications coming in to allow customers to know what to do when there's no established walk-in line. Behind that concern would be clearly the behavior of the staff in general most effectively was the assistant manager as she seemed absolutely overwhelmed and somewhat angry over the process that was standing in front of her in regards to being told she had to deal with her corporate office which they refused to do which actually totally amazed me that they went down that road and refused to speak to the person on the phone that simply wanted to verify what I was there for because of the years of abuse and failure to follow through on good customer service in my particular situation and service from Spectrum

The 5 stars is for Anna, who helped us today, set up our Spectrum mobile, which by the way will save us about $110 a month from what we were paying with At&t. Now, was the store staffed well, and were things running efficiently? No, not really, but also, the two gals that were working, were working their butts off. And it's not their fault that their iPad was not working properly to que customers into proper lines. They pivoted and used a good old fashioned pen and paper to create a list of people to get to. Hurray! I think many of us just had no idea how many other people would be there on any given day to, return equipment, ask questions, get mobile set up, etc, etc. These two women were great, despite the grumbling and obnoxious behavior by the few that decided they want to be angry today. Did we spend 2.5+ hours at the Spectrum store today? Yes, was it fine and good and just something that needed to be done? Yes. Did Anna do her best being patient and fun and knowledgeable and multitasking? Yes, bravo Anna! Give her a raise! Keep her happy! More people like Anna!

All it takes is a single customer ahead of you and you are waiting for over an hour. Instead of keeping things and simple to the point the employees bs and try to sell more and more product to customers who don't want it while you sit on their couch, waiting and waiting. Atleast 6 other people are here and I hope they can all be helped before close.

We went into the store today to return equipment. The wait was long as there were only two employees and lots of customers. No big deal I understand being short staffed. As I waited, I witnessed one of the employees, Missy, be extremely rude to two customers. She obviously was having a bad day. But honestly there’s no reason to yell and roll your eyes at the customers, which were older. She was very obviously annoyed with the older gentleman and made that clear with her actions. She should definitely not be the face of the business, IMO.

Call before hand to return a router, they told me to just bring it in. Came in they were super rude, told me to make an appointment, when there was on one in the store. Super unprofessional store.
