So I took my bow to Scheels and they messed my bow up to the point it almost injured me. I found Superior archery and their work is top notch! Robert fixed my bow, cut and fletched some arrows for me and I have never been happier. Excellent customer service and they extremely knowledgeable about their craft. I advise anyone in the Billings area to go to Superior Archery for all their archery needs. As long as I live in the area this will be my archery shop.Just from my observations of their interactions with other customers they seem to know exactly what the youth need to get into archery. I can't wait until my daughter is a little older and have them set her up with her first real bow.

This place is great from the indoor range to the employees. I took my son in to have his bow setup and Shauna had so much patience with my son. On the drive home he talked about how fun it was and how cool Shauna was.

Went there to purchase a bow for Christmas and the woman who worked there was very rude, condescending, and talk to me like I was an idiot. I didn't appreciate how I was being treated so I walked out of there. I will be taking my business elsewhere. There is no reason to treat someone like that especially if you're trying to gain customers.

I wasn’t really in the market for a new bow, but I wanted to try the Mathews Atlas. Stopped by Superior Archery on my way home from a South Dakota deer hunt. Tate was awesome to deal with. He set up the bow, allowed me to shoot it, and I was sold after the first few shots. Superior was stocked with all the necessary accessories. They even fletched a dozen GTs for me as I had the bow put together. 5-6 shots was all it took for a perfect bullet hole in paper. 5++++ Archery shop. Tate-Thanks for your help and conversation. Bought my first new bow in 18 years and came to Superior Archery after an internet search to find an expert bow tech to help with ( to me ) was going to be my ultimate build. On 10/12/21, round trip would be nearly 300 miles in a blizzard from Sheridan, but I went anyway where I met Tate. 100% WORTH IT! He set up my bow and fully explained everything and I learned a great deal. Thank you too, Shauna! You made me feel like my business was important and I will take kindness over condescension, ANY day.That's why I am proud to have become - and will remain, a Superior Archery customer.
