JOELLE my ABUSERS AND MULTIPLE STALKERS. I told her about MY LIFE AND DEATH SITUATIONI've been being tracked on my phone. I know this because she told me to drive 5 hours back to where I was stalked and my abuser was only an hour from that town.She also FAILED to help set my PROTECTION scam program and just HID the APP for meAlso her and the store manager sat in back when there were 5 other guests waiting to be helped.Victor was kind and never lost his cool and he said that he was fed up because it was always like thatAlso that store manager was in a different location. And was spreading lies to other associates and wasn't helpful at allTmobile also didn't listen prior to me leaving my abuser and sent out a Sim card to a phone that was stolenI was help by a nice young lady in a different location who sit up and helped me log into the McAfee program and helped me she I can't remeber her name but that is how I knowThat JOELLE hadI FEEL HAD ALL THE WRONG INTENTIONS TO FURTHER MY TERRORShe better have removed the picture of my dog off her phoneI AM DISGUSTED WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH TMOBILE AND SOME OF THEIR EMPLOYEES LACK OF EMPA T HY AMD FAILURE TO HELP PROTECT ME THEIR CUSTOMER.

Super great store gave me multiple options didn't try to sell me on anything I wanted a certain phone left with the phone I wanted,amazing Manger and team ! Highly recommended coming here! Thanks a ton makayla and victor!

McKayla was completely knowledgeable about the product she is selling. I noticed the store was very busy and she was still able to help us as well as many other customers at the same time. A few days later, I called and asked about the home internet. McKayla had one set aside for us and ready to go when we were able to get there later that day. Victor was the one to set the internet up for us when we arrived at the store. They were both very friendly and helpful. They made our experience fun in an unfun situation. McKayla is a boss lady doing a great job! Thanks guys!

My fiancee and I recently switched 8 lines over! McKayla was amazing to work with and we switch to the T-Mobile whole house internet, which has been working great:)

Staff not too well informed about prepaid packages, and forgot to inform us that when the data runs out that you will be limited to 128kbps, instead we were just told we won't have access to 5G.

TDS installers in our area extremely rude. First they parked an equipment trailer right up against my access gate. Told them they couldn't park there. They moved the trailer and then parked their truck in same spot told them they couldn't do that and to move. Lots of open space to park. They then claimed they had the right to park their. Real jerks. Could say more but it was as if they purposely wanted to pass me off.

Amazing, the seriously negative review I put on here a couple of weeks ago has mysteriously disappeared. People T-mobile has the worst customer service ever. I was misled from the start. My $213 promised bill is now over $300 a month. They lost an iPhone 11 that we traded in and now won't abide by the promised buy back program. They didn't give us any paperwork with documentation of sending in the I phone 11 before mailing it off, so now the company has the tracking number where it was delivered but no record of the I phone, so no reimbursement for us. That is $830 lost to us. They set up all these fake numbers that were never used, our new phones, then charged us to transfer the phones to our existing numbers. The guy ordered the wrong phones then we had to reorder the new phones about 3 weeks later because we couldn't order them until the wrong ones were removed from our account. They listed it as buyer's remorse rather than sales associate error. They charged us to reset up the new phones. This nightmare just gets bigger and bigger. I wish we had stayed with Verizon.Thank you, Robert for giving us the 20% discount that you promised.

Customer service was too good to be true. A "promotion" that the company has never heard of was offered to me. Now I am paying 80$ more then what I was told. Thankfully T Mobile customer service is willing to escalate this and get my bill fixed. The customer service was actually good, yet a scam. The store itself needs to fix this problem

Yes,some people who work at this location and others are no-talent ass clowns.If they give a negative vibe right off the batt,go somewhere else or to another location.nothing says you have to stay there and put up with their brand of jack-assery.....

Went in to purchase a new phone old one was not working. Told me about FREE promotions on a i pad ear fobs. I paid over $600 dollars for my new phone. Told it was paid in full. The manager said she made some adjustments to my plan and my bill would go down about $20. Got my bill had a $25 late charge and it went up $46. She totally lied to me. Customer service at t-mobile agreed. They have until the end of today to fix this or I will have a new carrier. Stay away the manager flat out is a liar

The staff at the Heights location was great to work with when I was purchasing a new phone as well as switching over to T-Mobile. However, after a few months of very poor cell service I decided to switch to Verizon. The service of the same people did a complete 180. Suddenly they did everything they could to make things hard on not only me, but the staff at Verizon as well. VERY rude, short and lazy.I chose to switch due to poor cell service. Even in town (Billings) it wasn't very good. I work in Columbus and it was so-so there, but the kicker was we have a cabin in the Absarokee area where I spend a lot of time at and I lost all service half way up there. "No Service" not just bad. Didn't work for us. I'm sure T-Mobile/AT&T have great coverage in other parts of the country, but for this area, they've got a lot of work to do...

The manager acted like she was too busy to even help me. Thinking about leaving T-Mobile Because of her attitude
