The employees are kind of helpful. What is more disappointing is how far their products in quality has decreased. We no longer buy clothes or necessities there.

Why is it every time I go in here; it’s as if it’s the lowest version of Target offered? Clothes are typical extremely wrinkled and everything just seems so outdated and never in stock.. the main reason I’m writing a 1 star is for the cashiers, it’s usually only 1 that works , possibly two at times and then when you purchase fragile items they just throw them in the bag as if it’s garbage! I had to ask for several bags since they didn’t place my candles in the bag with any care in the world; let alone when you purchase clothes they crinkle them up in a ball before stuffing them in a bag with chemicals or things that don’t belong in the same bag… so when you get home, you’re left with even more wrinkled clothes than you purchased and if you’re lucky your soaps didn’t leak onto them. Just poor training is what I’ve observed MANY times and straight carelessness. Most the people I’ve come across at that this location just aren’t “there”. Hopefully corporate will revaluate their training program because this was personally my last trip to this location and would recommend the inconvenience of driving to the west end if you want current items, customer service and your items to get home the way you chose them off the shelves. Also, train them to do their diligence and take the dang sensors off! Agh, Do better Target. Now I get to spend more of my time by driving back to this target to baby them to make sure they do their job correctly. Extremely frustrating. 1 star by default to write the review.

Literally the wish/Temu version of target. I don’t even know how this place is called Target. It’s poorly lit, dirty, and the customer service is genuinely terrible. Every time I stop here, I genuinely wonder why I didn’t just go to the one further away.

Shoulda gone to Walmart. Lackluster experience with a robotic cashier. I even got to experience it a second time because my security tags weren’t removed. Normally I give people in the service industry grace but this was just terrible. 0/10.

In the heights it is a lot clean aner than the west end.

I thoroughly enjoy shopping at this store. This particular Target does not offer full grocery store as does the Target in the West End, however, staff is knowledgable, helpful, giving the store a small town feeling.
I will continue to use.

There are a few reasons to choose the Heights store over the Target on Central, here is just a few- open an hour later, cleaner and friendlier, more helpful and easier to find what I need, but my main reason is the Heights store doesn't lie about inventory when I place an online purchase (the Central store has had stuff in stock that they CLAIMED wasnt in stock but I found right away right where it should be but they have lazy pickers who can't be bothered). It is worth the extra gas and time for me to go to the Target on Main for those reasons.

I love this location. And although they do not provide produce, this location has such a clean and fun atmosphere. It left me feeling like a valued customer. One particular Associate (Barbara) - stellar customer service skills. Great price points at this location in the Heights. I will be shopping there more often.

This Target ? store has great floor staff that were working around shopper's and assisting with questions. They're young but on the ball helping shopper's. I will be back!
