Great looking store, very clean and easy to negotiate the layout. The Starbucks was clean and quick with drink orders and the staff would actually say “hi”and ask if you needed any help. Great store

I tried to return a christmas gift this evening. It was a binder for collectable football cards that was damaged. They no longer stock it so I asked for a refund. We provided proof of punched through their app and was then told they couldn't return it or give a refund because it was on the same shelf as the trading cards. Waist of money. We have shopped at this location for a long time, and in the last few months we have had an employee tell us how horrible his job is and and how much he hates the customers. A cashier that smelt horrible. It was bad enoough that my wife had to walk away. It has not been a good experience there for a while now.

From the moment we walked into this store we were ignored by employees and overall the vibe in the store is one of chaos our cashier did not explain that if we are purchasing gift cards I cannot use my target gift cards that I have earned through previous purchases and this is not okay I add all of this into my shopping budget overall feel they need to remember we are all apart of the bigger picture and one cannot work without the other

I went into target to make purchase on home decor and no one was around. I then hit the help button and waited LONGER than 60 seconds and while I waited a rep walked past the s action I was in. Poor customer service when you have questions about something.

I just left this store at 11:40 am after using the self checkout. If your staff are going to accuse me of not scaning my items properly and I offer to print the receipt and show them, tell them they need to apologize and check it without throwing a attitude and being rude. I was more then willing to show my receipt, but she stormed off.
