At first they were great, but with the newer tech's it has really gone down hill. We are not getting the service they way we used to and they are charging us for things that they messed up in the first place.

I used to work for Tech by Design in 2011/12, it was a great place then; and now! They were helpful over the phone last week and brought the Mac in today, Kadee at the front desk took my information down and I was in and out quickly!

They offer a wide variety of tech services, the customer service is top notch and their staff is very knowledeable and very helpful.
