This is my last resort to try and contact this eye clinic. I have called FIVE TIMES in the last four months and I have always left a detailed message and have NEVER gotten a response back. However, they keep on sending a bill in the mail that I have been trying to contact them about for months.*This is for their Red Lodge Clinic but posting here because all run by the same people*Backstory: I had a standard eye appointment to check my eyes and get my numbers needed so I could order glasses. I went and asked not once, but THREE times if this clinic accepted vision insurance. They said they did not and only accept medical health insurance. This was confirmed by a document displayed at the front desk. This was good for me, as I do not have vision insurance and told them so. The front desk said that's okay because they do not accept vision insurance anyways and it's a doctors office. I go to my appointment, hand them my insurance card, and the front desk person runs it and says it's been accepted. I do my appointment and as I leave they say my total cost is $31 (the rest being covered by insurance). I leave, happy my insurance covered this appointment I needed to get my new glasses.A few weeks later, I get a letter in the mail from Eye Clinic Surgicenter. It says I owe a bill. I say, that can't be, and I call their billings number. I talk to a woman, who says she is going to get someone to call me after I explain the whole situation. No one calls, and I assume they figured it out.A month and half goes by, and I get another letter, with the same bill. I call, no answer. I leave a message. No one ever calls me back. This happens FOUR MORE TIMES. Today I just got ANOTHER letter in the mail, and this is my desperation for someone, anyone, to reach out to me.Someone at your office blatantly lied about what insurance you do and do not accept. This is at no fault of my own. When I tried to reach out to explain I was met with no phones being answered and "it's complicated." It's not complicated. I chose this eye clinic solely because they said and had documentation that they only accepted normal health insurance and did not take vision insurance.Respond with a message and call me back. This is ridiculous.(fyi, I have never left a google review, positive or negative, in my entire life)

I saw the doc from SLC, it was a wait and very busy BUT I didn’t have to travel because this doctor comes to Billings every week! Thats dedication, I did learn thru the grumbles on the office it’s usually long waits but the doc was worth it!

The rudest, most unprofessional, unorganized physicians office I have encountered. Not enough seating in the lobby despite having 8 chairs roped off for “surgeries” that were finished in the am as I was told. Not one person from “surgery” sat in those chairs. Elderly people forced to stand and wait for hours (see below)Doctor was running 1.5 hours late, they laughed and said it’s usually longer because he sees 70 Patients in a day (comes in from slc) Waited an additional 1.5 hours to see doc. No apologizes, nothing. 3 hour wait. Instead of finding chairs for these people that were standing they decided to have conversations with the rep from Aflac that stopped in.After exam, doctor told me I needed to see the other eye doctor in the practice, when I went up to schedule they told me he was only taking surgical patients (I don’t know if will need surgery untilI see the doctor). I explained I was told this doctor was the only one that handled my issue. The receptionist shrugged and the other one chimed in “that’s not true”. So I started to ask her who else and she turned around and started talking to someone else.Rude, unprofessional, unorganized mess. Avoid!

extremely unprofessionally run business it is very obvious they are going under. The only opthamalogist they can keep us clearly at the end of his career. The management structure is practically nonexistent and doomed to fail. they are just trying to milk every last dollar out of any unfortunate sucker willing to sign on for a procedure. They have a long reputation about being sneaky about costs and not covering what is promised.

Had made an appointment for my cornea transplant rejection emergency patiently waited, showed up do have the front desk apparently cancelled my appointment without letting anyone know just saying they left a message on a phone number that I never put on file. So thank you so much for doing this transplant and turning me away when I needed.

They flat out lied to my face and told me I was covered. Then sent bill for full amount and would not work with me in any way. I work in medical profession and understand how frustrating the billing can be but was totally ignored and not listened too in any way. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL

I would highly recommend avoiding this place. I was unlucky enough to have a botched lasik experience. One eye turned out fine, the other turned out worse than before. My idea was that Wow! How great! I won't have to wear glasses anymore! It turned into I wish I could just put my glasses on like I used to and be able to see again. I'm no longer a candidate for glasses and I can't tolerate a contact in the bad eye. My vision is destroyed and they were only willing to give me 50% back for the eye they ruined. This experience was horrible.

I had cataract surgery scheduled. I called and talked to Rita about possibly making a payment plan. I told her I had the money to pay the bill. But I would prefer to make the payment in 2 installments. She became rude and defensive. Basically told me to show up with the money or don't show up at all because there was no way the Dr was going to see me without being paid first. Rita was rude and basically talked me out of my appointment. I am sure Dr Legreca is a wonderful person and a great surgeon. I refuse to do business with a company that has a employee that can be so rude and insensitive. I will give my money to someone else.

I am very pleased with the treatment myself and my family receive at this clinic. We are greeted by a wonderful front desk staff, the technicians are always very kind and knowledgeable, and the Doctors are simply some of the best. I am so very happy to be a patient of this clinic, and I refer all of my friends and family here. Thank you Dr, LaGreca, Dr. Erpenbach, and Dr. Smith and staff for the outstanding service!

So I have a suspicious spot on my eye, just basically live with it. The doctor was very irritated when I couldn't hold my eye steady. Worst service ever. $275.00 for nothing

My surgery was Feb 2019 by Chris Smith. Surgery went well. However, they set up my post op apt with a local eye clinic in Powell, WY because "it was covered" under my fee that was paid in full at the time of surgery. Fast forward to Oct 2020, The Eye Clinic still has not paid Heart Mountain Eye Care in Powell. Resulting in the local eye clinic in Powell sending me to collections because The Eye Clinic in Billings won't cover the bill that they claim was included!! This is despite numerous phone calls by me to both clinics. At the beginning, Kayla at The Eye Clinic, said she would take care of it. After repeated phone calls by me, unanswered, it had never been paid and I am forced to pay another bill out of pocket for something that was included in their price.

I had an appointment and still waited 1 1/2 hours to see the doctor! Then the doctor couldn’t understand why I was referred there. I was told I would then have to wait 4 months to get an appointment for cauterizing eye lashes that grew inward and scratched my eyes. The admissions staff was great to work with, very helpful.
