Just finally had the ability to fully move my stuff out after 3 years I have never had problems with them they were always helpful and polite great customer service I needed an affordable storage unit after my home in billings sold hassle free set up was able to move in my entire house I would recommend them for anyone looking to have a secure storage at a reasonable cost it was very helpful while I needed it luckily im blessed to have finished building our new home in time for winter this season and had the room to move out and furnish it for my wife and 2 sons on to the next chapter thanks for the security and peace of mind you gave me while I was 60+ miles away

The employee who assisted me over the phone was fantastic. Once she helped me determine the space size I needed, she emailed and texted me a link to fill out and sign everything. I’ve lived all over the country and had storage units my whole adult life. This was by far the easiest and fastest storage rental ever. Well done and thank you.

Excellent place to store your items! The staff is kind and very helpful. I would still be storing my items here, but I moved to a different side of town and that’s the only reason I am no longer renting a storage unit with them. I highly recommend If you’re looking for A place to store your items that you go here!!!!

I found this storage place shortly after I moved here and needed somewhere safe to keep extra stuff and at the time I wasn’t thinking about distance from where I actually live to rent but the staff here settled all my worries and was very helpful and explained the rules and regulations of the property clearly when I moved in and even when I was late on my rent a couple times they were super nice and worked with me to get the rent paid and made it a super easy process to move in and move out the prices are the best I’ve ever seen for a storage unit and it’s well worth the prices and was the best experience I’ve had in years with a storage facility massive shoutout to the property management who runs it I hope yall enjoy your time there and your thanksgiving! I’d highly recommend and suggest this place for your storage needs

Multiple times I've used The Storage Place-THE BEST Storage place in Billings!! King Ave W. most accessible from the byways and Highway. Andy makes sure everything is secure always and having onsight management is a huge plus. I've never worried about my belongings or anything when I rent here. I would not feel this way about ANY place else, especially when there's so many posts about storage units being Robbed. I know my stuff is safe here.

I work for a non-profit that helps the homeless. We've had storage here for a long time and have a very clean payment history.The manager (Andy) chose to lock us out because our check was 3 days late and we incurred a $14 late fee.Think about that....We have been a long-term good tenant, have always paid on time, and because our check didn't get to him on time, he locked us out over HIS late fee of $14.Literally holding the donated items and belongings of the people we help hostage over a $14 fee (that we agreed to pay on the next bill). .... Despite us paying on time and a long history of proper payments.Do you want to trust your stuff here?

Their units flood, and they're aware of it, but don't tell you. All they had to say was "well you signed a waiver". Manager was a nice enough guy, but the front desk woman would rather watch Netflix than help a customer.
