“I love everything about this place--their mission, the store, the hard work they do and their stewardship. My friends and I donate exclusively to GIA all the time and shop their store frequently. After retiring, it was very satisfying to donate all my work clothes, suits and formal wear as they hold a sort of "prom" yearly.”

“If going by the quality of the finds we discovered I'd give them a 5stars. There just isn't alot of merchandise and we've only been in there a couple of times. Superior to the West End. Nice stuff.”

“I said I wouldn’t shop here again after an experience with a vase and a rude employee but I love this goodwill and it’s the closest to me so I went back to give it another chance and they have started putting stickers on the vases that are worth more the $0.99 instead of just setting the vase on the rack without a sticker and I have not ran into that employee again and the employees they have now are super nice and helpful and they have became more organized with vases and other items! I am so glad the owner has been able to fix so many issues! Also I did go back and get the said vase the employee was so rude about and she said would cost a little over $10 it was priced at $4.99”

“The staff are friendly, helpful, considerate, and understanding. They strive to meet your needs, whether it be food, shelter, or medical assistance. They offer hot meals every day for anyone in need, and they make you feel welcome when a lot of places don't.”

“The prices at the store are very reasonable. The hours are very convenient . Update :: Change of leadership or whatever but, They were taking donations on fir free and charging a very reasonable price like, 2.00 for a chair or 1.00 for a shirt. Unlike now, I went in and picked up a chair similar to my one from before and it was 10.00. Still under what a new one might cost...for free they could sell for less. It has gone from my favorite 2nd hand store to my almost least favorite store.(I'm pretty sure that tariffs are not the problem here!!)”

“this is your run-of-the-mill thrift store with profits that go to help those in need. you can definitely find some cute and nice stuff here, however selection is generally small. i will say, they have stuffed animals and plushies GALORE. check em out if you ever need something to do on a free day.”

“The Goodwill on 29th Street is pretty cool. They have a ton of different items, mostly decently priced. Compared to the Goodwills in CA, this one far surpasses those, and not only in available items-but friendly staff and overall cleanliness of the store itself. Every Goodwill gets "leftovers" from Target, so prices are set accordingly. I suppose my only beef would be the customers who stand directly out front of the store while smoking. For those of us who may have breathing issues, I feel that they could at the very least, stand off to the side about 20 or 30 feet from the front doors. Parking can be a pain, but there's always some places available.”

“I have read the reviews and I am disappointed that no one bothers to post anything anymore unless it is negative. I want to Thank the store manager Brittany personally as she answered all my questions politely, even that what I had did not fit into their consumer target. I shopped in the store visiting with her for some time afterwords. I highly recommend runway fashion and thank their management for making an uncomfortable situation for me so comfortable.”
