Asked for 10 MegaMillions tickets at the counter without the multiplier. That makes them $2 each. Was sold powerball tickets instead which are $3 each. I told the guy at the counter that he did it wrong and that they are $2 and I clarified again that it was Megamillions and not Powerball. Guy argued with me and said they were $3 without multiplier and $4 with. If I wanted Powerball I would have said Powerball

There is not a single pump that works to accept credit cards or the reward card they all error out and make you go see the cashier. I'd be more willing to buy something if I wasn't forced to go in to pay for gas. I find it ridiculous fix the pumps because they have been this way for literally months!

Every time I have been to town pump on Shiloh and king,, the service in the casino is horrible. They usually don't ask if you want anything to drink, and on the occasion they have asked, it takes them 10 minutes to bring it or else they forget and it never shows up. Easy ass job and they still fail at it

Ive worked for town pump twice in the past. Never have I seen a open buisness with NO CASHIERS. 2:15 am no one in the store. This is two times now in the last month. I hope someone see this. Very unprofessional

Order chicken stripes for my kids, and asked the lady to gives us the fresh ones, after walking back home in the cold, to find out the lady put the old hard little chicken stripes in the bag and they had no meat in them. My kids could not chew on them. The deli is not good and the workers do not listen to their customers.

Lousy management. One employee in particular is very disgusting. A mentally slow employee (a guy) who was trying to flirt with my man, right in front of me. My man was going to beat him up, had I not got him out of there. Will never go back.

Been going here for years. The staff has changed quite a bit, but it's convenient, has what I need, and they have subs, a hot snack area and drinks. Recommended for being the lowest gas price on the West End.
