“Whitney called me with a delivery I wasn't exactly expecting. (I was, just not from the sender's name). She answered my questions, and did everything she could to help me get my delivery. Due to the narrow street on which I live, I met the driver and he transferred my goods easily and quickly to my truck. He even gave me a great suggestion for how to safely unload at my home. Overall, great service from a company that happened to be assigned to me with out my being involved in the selection process. All in all, great service.”
“The App is great for tracking and the price is good. Just need to expand the service. Sunday and later Monday through Friday schedule would be great, especially for how quickly Billings is growing.”
“Would have given them 5 stars if they offered supplemental insurance (and maybe an affordable option to pick up my item instead of me schlepping it to their local facility). I had a 16' sea kayak that needed to get to Washington state. NPT shipping rates were the best and got it there from Montana in only 3 days. Most importantly, it arrived at the delivery address in the same condition as when I dropped it off to NPT. Was nervous about using an LTL carrier for this but they exceeded my expectations!”

“I moved to Billings recently and rely heavily on public transportation. It was relatively easy and the drivers have been helpful and kind 99.9 percent of the time. Buses are clean and some offer charging. I hope they continue to expand service in the future.”
