My biggest complaint is the lack of staff. We have never seen or spoken with an employee. The only contact number is for Seth and I have never spoken or received a call back from this person.

I've been renting a storage unit from them since they opened. It's still pretty cheap, but their prices have gone up three times already, but it's worth it to have a secured storage area out here in Lockwood rather than having to go into town.

We needed storage temporarily and this was a great, clean place. John, the manager there was always prompt in his communication, friendly and great to work with. We had never rented a storage place before, so didn't know what to expect. If we ever needed one again, Treasure State would be where we would go!
