Rented a unit with great customer service, Seth was very quick to respond and very respectful. Well secured establishment and did not have to worry about anything.

The facility is fenced and secured. Cameras for security.
My biggest complaint is the lack of staff. We have never seen or spoken with an employee. The only contact number is for Seth and I have never spoken or received a call back from this person.

I've been renting a storage unit from them since they opened. It's still pretty cheap, but their prices have gone up three times already, but it's worth it to have a secured storage area out here in Lockwood rather than having to go into town.
