I could not reserve a trailer with my computer. I tried to phone your location but just got a robot. I downloaded the app on my phone. I tried several times to enter the pass code but it said unknown error. I drove to a U-Haul closer to my house to reserve the trailer.

The most incredibly subpar service we have ever received from any industry. We had a flood in our basement in the middle of trying to move, and needed the extra storage boxes as soon as possible. In spite of paying thousands of dollars for the U-Box service, they did not deliver the day they were supposed to.
They were supposed to call us to coordinate first thing in the morning the next day and did not. And then they did not deliver that day either. Cancelled the order and had to come up with an alternative plan for storing all of the stuff that we had to take care of between the disaster team and the insurance.
After a couple days breathing room, we decided we would attempt the U-Box service again. After being rerouted through several branches of their phone tree, we ended up on the phone with a guy in Phoenix who, for obvious reasons, could not answer our Montana related questions.
Finally ended up downloading the app, where we ordered the boxes, along with several cardboard boxes and blankets. Finally, at the end of the work day, our U-Boxes had arrived... Without a single one of the packing materials that we had ordered. Also, no locks, which is incredibly inconsiderate since they're a moving company and our stuff would be sitting unlocked outside of our house.
We have had nothing but frustration for over a week now, there is not a single person on the phone who has been able to provide us with adequate customer service or even answer the most simple of questions. Problem is, U-Haul is the only company for most of the services that we required. However, that is absolutely no excuse for the things we have had to deal with. Moves are difficult enough without a moving company making things worse.

Jackson did an amazing job installing a hitch on our car, and exceeded my exacting standards for this job. Jackson did this ON MEMORIAL DAY! (A holiday) and while he was the ONLY employee having to work the entire store. This guy is amazing and there is no way U-HAUL is paying him enough! Thank you again we're loving the ability to haul our bikes!

They issued a truck with no heater and no defroster to go out into a winter snow storm. Of course, you don't notice the problem at first as it is only a short distance from pickup point to load out point. However, once the truck is loaded and you get out on the road, the problem becomes painfully aware. So now what do you do? Return to U-Haul to unload the truck and reload into a different truck---you are already under time constraints with your move and the weather is getting worse.
I recommend you avoid this shop and try a different company that maintains their equipment better and cares about the safety and comfort of their customers,

They re-certified my propane tank last year. Had to wait for 30 mins just for the to tell me they wouldn’t fill it.

Moved to Billings and scheduled our U-pack delivery to be delivered on the day before we got here and our stuff was delayed without any notice for 5 days and we tried to call and see what happened. Someone internally switched the delivery date. We called to see what the deal was and they passed blame onto a different Uhaul facility where we moved from. We were told we would get a call from one of the managers once they figured it out on whose fault it was but never received any call or info. Terrible service, horrible communication. We will never use uhaul again. Would give negative stars if I could. Definitely use a different pod moving service if you can.

What a joke. Came into this location looking to rent a truck and the staff was incredibly unhelpful. Before we spoke, the woman working the front curtly asked if we were here to buy packing supplies and acted inconvenienced when asked about truck rentals. There was a guy behind her loudly talking with a customer on speakerphone. We were told there were no available trucks nearby in the size we preferred, and that there may not be another one "for awhile" and left it at that. Looked online shortly after on the same day and there was one available in Laurel, booked it and picked up with no problem, with far better customer service than we received here. Unbelievable.

Great place. They are very communicative and professional. The guy who got us going on day 1 was grest. Super friendly. The lady who checked us out was very nice. Everything was fast. Would always chose this location for U-Haul rentals.

Rented a tow dolly in Bozeman Montana I drove from Billings Montana to pick and tow a car back got there no dolly and no one made a phone call to me to tell me it wasn’t there reserved one for the next day it ended up being a cargo trailer of some sort not a tow dolly so again epic fail I ended up renting one from Billings driving to Bozeman to pick up the car to tow back and that process was not done as promised. I drove 125 miles each way two times that’s 500 miles at the price of gas that was expensive … Will not use U-Haul again

The rental agents were very helpful and efficient. It was very busy in the shop but they were patient and helpful to everyone.
