Every company should have an Indra working there! Today I called because I am completely devastated over my skin cancer surgery scar and had saw some products online that I thought would help cover my scar. Indra was so supportive and reassured me that when I’m come in that they’ll work with me and help me feel beautiful again and reassured me and told me to never forget how beautiful I am and that no scar would change that. Thank you so much for being so kind and restoring my confidence. I can’t wait to come in today!
Update. Went into the store and was helped by Misty who was just as amazing!!! Thank you Ulta!

Everything is easy to find and if not don’t be shy to ask any staff tgere all so sweet and informative and will make sure they have the product you need even if they have to walk all the way around the store several time or check in the back, the company should be grateful for there people. They always have everything I’m looking for or will give recommendations on where I can find it.

Completely wrong about my identity first off and based on that I was treated completely disrespectfully and embarrassed publicly. I am done with this store and whole chain as far as im concerned. I've worked customer service over 7 plus years and I know that is not how any customer should be treated and I am outraged not to mention innocent of what she was mistakenly saying about me. Never again sephora it is I'll spend my money where im not disrespected to hell with it

I always go here because Ulta is the best place to get Nioxin shampoo at a fair price around Billings (I have experienced some stress related hair thinning) and I always end up shopping around the store after I get my shampoo/conditioner. Anyways, the store is always clean, organized, and the staff is great. Even if I come in here looking like trash after a long day of hard physical labor, they treat me the same as days I show up in full face makeup and dressed nice. I've seen people before make claims that the staff here is judgemental; that's gotta be in their heads, because I show up looking straight-up HOMELESS sometimes and these people are always great. Recently, I worked with Brandi, who was exceptionally sweet, helpful, and went out of her way to find products for me which work with my skin type and she was super knowledgeable. She and I chatted for quite a while, and if I didn't have to leave for another obligation, I totally could have stayed another half hour and chatted with her because she was so cute, sweet, and funny. You guys have a really friendly staff, and keep the place well-stocked! Nioxin is kinda hard to find each time, as it works really well and so I understand why it's hard to keep on the shelf, but you can tell the effort is there. Great store! Thank you to the management team for finding such great employees--and to the employees who always put on a smile. I have worked retail for years before my current position as a business owner, and I know sometimes retail the worst job on earth due to rude customers...but you gals always go above and beyond to be friendly, sweet, and helpful. Thank you!!! Lots of us appreciate you!

I never been in this place before I went in with my daughter. I didn't get the full experience but it's pretty cool to see that you might be able to try on all the products before you buy them.
I realized a lot of people may be used to this when I certainly am not when I have more time I'm definitely going back because I think it's great that you can actually try on the products.
Prices maybe look a little higher than I'm used to online but it'd be worth it to be able to figure out what works on your skin and what doesn't.

I came here to get a haircut and some products! Erin, who did my hair was exceptional. She was outstanding, but I went to go pay with my Ulta card and machine kept erroring out. For one update your guises machines because it’s not my card that has an issue. I’ve used it all over. I even called guest services upfront with them to get help with my account thinking that was the case. Been great in the past zero problems until now. I was super inconvenienced having to pay out of my own pocket instead of my Ulta card.
