I've been here so many times & I've never had a bad experience. The people are nice & willing to help you any way they can. I've seen them come out from behind the counter to help at the self service mailing station when it was busy. BEST PLACE IN TOWN TO ME!!!

I accidentally came here with a FedEx drop off (I’m so tired today)
They were so nice, didn’t make me feel stupid and even helped me tape the label to the package and directed me to a FedEx drop off. You guys are awesome.

I have had the need for notary services recently. Every time I go to this UPS store, Diane is so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this location.

Extremely rude when I called about 15minutes prior to closing to get something printed claimed they turn off their printers before they close. Made it in and was given attitude about my prints. The 2 girls who worked yesterday afternoon were unprofessional and rude.

I have been coming to this place for over 6 years and I have yet to have a bad customer experience. The staff make sure that everything is accounted for and you get the solutions that you need.

Place is to small and you can have a hard getting tracking information.
And the employee ask questions they should not ask.

GO TO FED EX, This store try to charge me 158.00 dollars for a package to be delivered by Christmas or 65.00 dollars if delivered after Christmas. What a joke. I went to fed-ex, for the same package to be delivered to the same address and delivered before Christmas it was 62.00 dollars. What a joke UPS. So go to fed ex if you need to send packages.

I must say; Dianne is a Godsend. She is incredible at her job and has outstanding customer service. Dianne has helped me on many occasions now and it’s always pleasant and she goes beyond what I expected to make my experience easy for me. I was also helped by Maria several times as well as Cassidy. Wonderful crew here, I could only say positive things. Thank you!

The best service I have ever had at a mail service co. Karen W spent from beginning to end, about 3 hours with me. She was very professional and patient even tho they were very busy at times.
